As soon as the three officers entered the kitchen, it suddenly dawned on all three of them, that the police operation which moments before had appeared done and dusted, had somehow gone pearshaped! Sheila's body was missing from the kitchen! It had gone! Worse still, in their haste to move from the forward control point into the farmhouse, PI Montgomery had left his rifle with PS Adams! Harris, Gibbons, and Montgomery were trapped unarmed in the kitchen with the body of Neville Bamber!

At this point, PI Mntgomery adopted Commandership of the now ongoing operation, to find and locate Sheila Caffell, somewhere else inside the farmhouse!

There isn't anything new but there may be if they released everything.

None of us can argue that 3 court orders have said ep have to hand over all the docs and they just ignore it. This makes me mad, they should put them in prison for non disclosure because  that is what they would do with any of us. Guilty or innocent that cannot be right.  There simply must be some redress ...... What is it?

Notsure, in just about every letter I received from Jeremy he said that they had all the information required to secure his release. That they could prove who lied (both police and relatives) and that he would be home soon. I really do believe that it's just tactics and people are being fooled.
Few people have the imagination for reality

Fortunately, PI Montgomery still had possession of his police radio and he immediately updated PS Adams of the situation, and the other officers still in different parts of the farmhouse! A message was subsequently passed via PI Montgomery's radio for DCI Harris, to use the kitchen phone via which the eavesdrop had been organised, so that he could phone and speak privately with ACC Peter Simpson and appraise him of the developments! The eavesdrop was subsequently closed down! Harris remained talking on the phone for approximately 15 minutes, which coincided with Sheila's body being found in a collapsed state on top of the bed in the main bedroom!

By 8.44am, the police surgeon, Dr Craig entered the farmhouse and pronounced Sheila dead, her body being on the far side of the bed, with what appeared to be a wound on her neck!

At 9.00am, most of the two firearm team officers (except Montgomery, and Woodcock) prepared to leave the scene!

As some left the incident, senior officers, SOCO, and the Coroner's officers arrived on the scene!

For about one hour, senior officers performed 'informatives' trying to make sense of how things had dramatically gone wrong!!!

By 10am, the bodies were staged in their final resting places, only Neville Bambers body downstairs in the kitchen, June Bambers body propped against the inner main bedroom door! Sheila's body set with the rifle upon it on the bedroom floor, she no longer had only one shot to her throat, she now had got two bullet wounds there!!

This is the framework against which the truth will eventually be revealed! It will be proved that Jeremy Bamber did not shoot dead his sister, and he did not stage her death scene! If the silencer was fitted to the rifle at the time the second shot inflicted almost certain and immediate death upon Sheila Caffell on that bedroom floor, it had not been Jeremy who had removed it, and it was not Jeremy who was responsible for it turning up in a cupboard in the downstairs office, otherwise known as the den! If the silencer had been fitted to the gun, and it was Sheila's blood inside it, cops were responsible for this!

Stan Jones placed the silencer back in the cupboard at the farmhouse on 9th August 1985, at time Jones and Jones handed keys to farmhouse over to Ann Eaton!

There exists another very interesting aspect to this case, which does not appear to sit right! And that is that if the silencer was on the gun when the shooter struggled with Neville Bamber in the kitchen and it scratched the kitchen aga, and the silencer was still fitted to the gun when Sheila got shot, how come Neville Bamber received gouge marks on his forearm from the muzzle end of the rifle barrel, minus the silencer?

Did cops deliberately gouge Neville's forearm with the barrel of the rifle, as part of the initial cover up involving the use of the silencer in Sheila's second shot, but not the first, because the overall length of the weapon with silencer fitted to barrel of gun was too long to enable cops to suggest she had shot herself twice with use of the same rifle? So they took the silencer off, Stan Jones returned to the scene to collect it, keeping it for three days or so, before returning it to the family as described previously! But, during 'informatives' when the gang of conspirators were trying to disguise the use of a police weapon in the first shooting of Sheila downstairs in the kitchen, cops deliberately gouged Neville Bambers forearm with the barrel end of the rifle (minus silencer)!!!

Makes you think, don't it!!!

I wonder why the prosecutions case, never included any reference to these 'gouge marks' on Neville Bambers arm?

Maybe, me thinks, they didn't want to refer to these 'gouge marks' because the dimensions of them represented the counter argument that the silencer might not have been fitted to the gun when Neville Bamber fought for, and lost the battle to save his life in the kitchen!!

But, contemplate this!

Maybe the silencer was fitted to the barrel of the gun when he got attacked and was killed!

Maybe, just maybe, cops deliberately gouged his forearm with the barrel of the rifle, (minus it's silencer), to try cover for the fact that the same gun did not fire both bullets inflicted in the shooting of Sheila Caffell!!

Yes, sounds about right to me!!!

It fits perfectly!!!
