I'm surprised a respected paper like the Guardian allows Allison to keep going on about Bamber.

But Trudie & the CT have done their job in persuading Allison to write another article. And Allison has done his job by persuading the Guardian to publish it.

It's disappointing the Guardian are accusing the police of withholding documents. It's lazy journalism as Bamber, CAL & other supporters have said they have everything.

Then again Allison is a Bamber supporter.

The main thing is getting out to the public, regardless of whether it's " the same old claims " or not.
Why not, anyway ?? The public need reminding of what goes on in the name of INJUSTICE !

Everything mentioned in that article is old stuff, there is nothing new there and it can all be explained.

As I said,it's a reminder to all to keep this case in the public arena and also serves as a reminder that withheld evidence is totally unacceptable when there's every possibility that the contained documents could free an INNOCENT man.
Don't you think that people will be suspicious of EP refusing to submit such paperwork ?
Let the public decide whether it's in their interest or not !!

There isn't anything new but there may be if they released everything.

None of us can argue that 3 court orders have said ep have to hand over all the docs and they just ignore it. This makes me mad, they should put them in prison for non disclosure because  that is what they would do with any of us. Guilty or innocent that cannot be right.  There simply must be some redress ...... What is it?

A witness statement from 'Linda' in the incident / control room at just before 7.45am to explain how she came to know that one of the first two bodies was being spoken of as a murder, whilst the other body was being spoken of in terms of it having been a suicide! She contacted DS Davidson at his home address on the telephone to request him to come in on duty to the office because police were dealing with an incident at White house farm, involving a murder, and a suicide! This is important because her knowlege of two bodies at such an early stage of the police operation, one a murder, the other a suicide, destroys the claim that there was only one body found downstairs, mistaken for two bodies, since Neville Bambers death could never be described as a suicide! The situation clarified further by the message passed at 8.10am, 'a further three bodies found upstairs, by that stage!!

So far, we have only heard about the claim by PC Collins that he reported what he believed to be a female body behind the kitchen door from his vantage point outside the kitchen window looking inward! A mistake which Collins says was rectified once he entered the kitchen! But his explanation is problematic because there does not exist any police radio messages describing the report of a female body being seen or found before any mention is made of a male body! And doubt is cast upon Collins version of events, because once he physically entered the kitchen he identified the alleged solitary body in the kitchen as being the body of Neville Bamber! Any mistake was rectified at that point, and there would be no need to refer to the body of a female, thereafter! The sequence with which the bodies of the dead male, followed by the body of the dead female as mentioned in the police message logs timed at 7.37am, and 7.38am, do not support PC Collins version of events! There exists a glaring discrepancy between the female body being sighted, followed by the mistake being rectified immediately upon entry to the kitchen with the so called discovery that the body he claims he thought was female being a male, and the sequence with which the body count downstairs is recorded in the police message logs, which have 'the body of one dead male, and the body of one dead female found upon entry to the kitchen'! The two versions or accounts do not sit well together, it doesn't gel, it presents a rather awkward anomaly which requires careful consideration! The problem is not helped by the time 'Linda' is contacting DS Davidson at 7.45am, requesting him to come on duty into the office because police are dealing with an incident at White house farm, involving a murder, and a suicide! Clearly, if there had only been the one body found by this stage, and that body had been Neville Bambers, it beggars belief how anybody could mistaken his death as a suicide, considering that he had been shot a total of eight times! As if to add salt to the wounds, only three bodies found upstairs by 8.10am! Five dead in total, then by 8.10am, two bodies downstairs, the body of one dead male, and the body of one dead female, a murder, and a suicide, followed by a further three bodies found upstairs!!!

Only Sheila Caffells death could remotely be described as a suicide!

The second body found was described as a suicide, but if the dodgy photographs evidence was a true reflection of where all five bodies had been found, for example, with Neville Bamber downstairs in the kitchen alone, June Bamber upstairs resting against the inner main bedroom door, and Sheila Caffell on the bedroom floor, then Sheila's body could not have been the second body found, June Bambers body would have been the second body found, Sheila's body would surely have been the third body found, or if cops went the other way to the children's bedroom first, and then into the main bedroom before discovering Sheila's body on the floor, then her body would have been the fifth and final body found!!!

The first two bodies found would have been described, as a murder, and a murder, and then either a suicide and two murders, or four murders, and a suicide!!!

Involved in whatever took place were the original six members of the raid team who first entered the kitchen, PS Adams the operational Commander, in the forward control point, PI Montgomery who took over the position as Commander after 8.10am, DCI Harris, DCS Gibbons, DCI Wright, the occupants of CA07 who relayed messages from the scene to the Incident Room, the staff which manned the Incident room, a female Operator who patched the telephone line of the kitchen phone through to the incident room, enabling staff in the Incident room to eavesdrop the actual approach and entry made to get into the farmhouse, five loud knocks, and voices, followed by the key timed messages at 7.37am, 7.38am, 7.42am, (7.45am) and 8.10am!

Once the 8.10am message was passed, confirming only three bodies found upstairs, Harris, Gibbons, and Montgomery, strode from the forward control point leaving PS Adams alone there! The three aforementioned officers entered the farmhouse by the same route taken by the raid team, and stepped into the kitchen!
