The firearms team was in Colchester at the time, they then had to head back to HQ and draw weapons then travel to WHF, the dog handler OFFERED to direct them to the scene, now in my book this all takes time?

Well in view of everything " taking time ",it beggars belief that so many posts were made against JB not having dialled 999  when hours had been wasted anyway ?

People here need to do some research on police protocol in relation to siege situations because they keep asking the same question and ignoring the answer.

What do you think a siren is for Lookout?

Eh ?

You asked why there were no lights or sirens, why would there be that early in the morning?

Would it not be used as reassurance that help is on its way in this case ?
I'm not talking about traffic blocking their route at 3.30am,am I ?

Interestingly Eley apparently changed their primer in 1981 after filing a patent in the US (No. 4247494).

They added Barium.

Which certainly questions your assertions.

That's right nugs. There were heaps of items that " went unnoticed "-----------then they were destroyed with all evidence gone forever.

A few months before the murders.

To lure unwary sailors on to rocks?  :-\

The conviction is the safest in the country. As confirmed by Bamber. Who has tried harder than any other prisoner to convince the courts it was unsafe over the  last 31 years. But failed.

I'm sure that if I needed help at whatever unearthly hour,I'd feel reassured at hearing a siren indicating that it wasn't far away, whatever the emergency, as minutes waiting can feel/seem like hours in certain situations.

At WHF it WAS hours !!
