The firearms team was in Colchester at the time, they then had to head back to HQ and draw weapons then travel to WHF, the dog handler OFFERED to direct them to the scene, now in my book this all takes time?
No lights nor sirens rushing to the scene ?
What do you think a siren is for Lookout?
Eh ?
Interestingly Eley apparently changed their primer in 1981 after filing a patent in the US (No. 4247494).They added Barium.Which certainly questions your assertions.http://www.academia.edu/29257183/ON_A_POSSIBLE_SOURCE_OF_PHOSPHORUS_AND_CALCIUM_ASSOCIATED_WITH_GUNSHOT_RESIDUE
so if whats davids saying is correct there could of been gun residue on the nightdress and it wasnt noticed.
but how long had nevile had that gun when was it purchased when was it made before 1981 or after.
so if david is correct that would be another way jury were miss informed by the proscution couldent possbly be called a safe verdict.
