I am receiving tremendous pressure to disclose the photograph of Sheila on the bed, but before that can happen more water has to pass under the bridge. In the meantime there will still of course be those amongst you who do not believe that such a photograph ever existed, or as the case may be, even still is in existence...
All I can do, is assure you all that Sheila was photographed on the bed with only a solitary wound on her throat and very little visible blood on the front part of her nightdress. She certainly did not have a second bullet wound there as depicted in the first photographs of the two wounds on her throat and all the additional blood photographed by PC Bird from 11.10am, onward, at a time when police had transferred her body from the bed, onto the bedroom floor...
Anyway...
I have always been very interested in the rather unusual bloodstain pattern on the rear of Sheila's nightdress. Interested, because according to the evidence the only blood found on the bedroom carpet beneath Sheila's body on its back, were supposed to have been spots of June Bambers blood. How odd that none of Sheila's blood was found on the carpet beneath her own body? Even more strange was the dried bloodstaining on the reverse of her nightdress, exhibit ND/3...
