Do you believe they will try and challenge it , if so how , if no one in this country as similar expertise ?

I do not know if the CCRC will try to challenge the new evidence.  If they do, I doubt if they will succeed in shaking it.

I agree that the photo of SC on the bed would mean the CCRC would HAVE to make a referral. That would be new evidence not available at the original trial or any previous appeals.

Janet, do you believe a photo of SC on the bed exists?

Nick, I think in answer to your question I would have to say yes. There are two main reasons for this.

1) I cannot see what possible gain Mike Tesko would get from lying about it. Also he has been consistent in his story about the visit to Ewan Smith's office etc.

2) The earliest reports about the murders referred to Sheila and June being found on the bed. This bothers me.

Photographs of Sheila on the bed definitely exist, I have seen two of them, and I am not kidding....

There is no doubt about it Simon McKay is an absolute genius who is respected by everyone in the legal world.  With the other pro Bono expert legal help Simon had he has managed to bring this case to the point of the conviction being overturned.

I am very privileged to know Simon as I am sure all the people who instruct him are
