RochyI have really enjoyed reading this thread. When someone is an expert it's nice to follow their journey.Caruso has sometimes worked 146 hours in a week, that's dedication.Great stuff
Thanks Jack. My only real worry is that the CCRC will instruct the likes of Professor Lamberton and Dr. Invictus to mount a challenge via their own research. Obviously their expertise is world renowned and it could get a bit tense if that happens.
Thanks rochford. That was some good reading. However, my fear is the same as yours. When I read the Guardian article I was not as optimistic about JB's chances of referral as I had hoped I would be. Peter Sutherst "photographic expert" immediately sprang to mind and the ease with which the CCRC discounted his evidence.
The latest evidence is far stronger than that of Peter Sutherst. It will be difficult for the CCRC to challenge it.
Do you believe they will try and challenge it , if so how , if no one in this country has similar expertise ?
However, if the scientific evidence proving the non use of a silencer is strong, and that photo of SC on the bed has been handed over to the CCRC (Ewen Smith - albeit a strange choice of recipient) by Z, and JB's legal team has a copy of the information handed over by Z (I'm sceptical on this!), then I believe their has to be a referral!
