Mike, I want to ask you about a couple of things. You talk about the police entering WHF and finding two bodies, one male one female. This I have no immediate problem with. I have seen you post documents on here of police logs which support this. What I want to question is where you say police reported this as "one murder" and "one suicide". How did the police arrive at this conclusion? I accept that the male was obviously NB and even upon cursory inspection it was obvious that he had been murdered. Which leaves the female who therefore must have been the "suicide". Had did police know this? Was she holding a gun maybe? Or was it that the female was obviously Sheila and the police had simply been clouded by what JB told them?

You theorise in your video that Sheila awoke and made her way upstairs to the main bedroom "where she found the loaded gun" and inflicted the second fatal shot (or someone else did).

So if the gun was not with her in the kitchen why would police officers assume suicide?

Maybe Sheila was shot/or shot herself for the first time in the main bedroom. The shot was not fatal. Police officers outside trying to make contact with anyone inside the house roused her from semi/unconsciousness. She is obviously disoriented but makes her way downstairs and ends up in the kitchen where she collapses. Police enter WHF find NB and SC in the kitchen but no gun. This leads to reports of "one dead male and one dead female".

All thoughts on this, from anybody, would be appreciated.

I think they initially termed it a murder and suicide due to the information Jeremy had given them about Sheila's mental state. He allegedly said she was "a nutter" etc so they obviously assumed she killed everyone then herself. Also the wound (or wounds depending on what you believe) does look like a typical suicide

The fact remains though that when they reported one dead female one dead male was not just a repeat of the other report of when the officer looked through the window and said one dead male and one dead female. So when it was reported one murder one suicide it was actually confirming what  they saw, ie two bodies on entry.

SOCO Neil Davison's statement to COLP states that on 7th Aug he was contacted by Linda in 'Control' by phone, at 7.30 (?) and requested to deal with a murder and a suicide.  It later goes on to express that by murder and suicide, he thought it could either mean one or two bodies, adding some ambiguity to the meaning of the information he recieved when contacted.

If you look at the logs, Linda's information matches the log entries, in so far as there having been two bodies found on entry.  However, a reverse argument might be that there was confusion due to the body seen through the window scenario and that Linda was merely reacting as a result of that confusion. 

Some months ago on Jeremy Bamber's blog, it was stated that the police who entered the farmhouse all wore open microphones.  I am not sure what this means exactly or what the implications might be of using this system of communication.

I agree you can't mistake two bodies?

But I agree she shot herself, but I remember high velocity .22lr round nosed bullets fired from a carbine, can meet the FBI penetration depth to result incapacitation or instant death if the CNS is hit! but a head & neck and chest shot have higher incapacitation rates, so its highly possible for to fall unconscious if you miss the CNS and hit the neck or head, also lower blood loss too!

But I got a feeling she tried commiting suicide near nevill? why, remember nevill is the first one shot and once she finshed with the mother and her children, why not check to see if you did kill nevill out right? or did she snap out of it and relised what she has done. but I believe she regained consciousness when the police where banging on the door, and she run up stairs with the gun!

was nevil the first or the last to die? I got a feeling as to the phone the last.....?

But again the police officer would say one body and another body with a firearm! unless it was a very quick look!
