Hartley , do you believe the statement at the beginning of this thread should have been shown to the court , the court that tried JB ?
Can you tell me your reason for posing this question to me please?
I am interested in your view as you believe JB is guilty , if you prefer i will pose the question to all those who believe JB guilty !!
I think really we need to look at Barbara's statements before we can come to any other conclusions at all.
A statement was made by her on 26/11/85 which only details the telephones, she also made a statement on 27/9/85 which is not available on this forum.
May i ask why ? If you were shown it to be a fact that she made this statement , do you believe it should have been shown to the court that tried JB , regardless of any other statement she did or did not make ?
I am slightly confused. Which statement are you referring to then?
Do you mean this attachment?
Yes maybe statement is the wrong word , my question is , do you think this should have been shown to the court , and the people mentioned in it asked to explain ?
The point I was making is that I would need to be convinced that it wasn't, hence why I would like to see all of Wilsons statements. In it's current form it doesn't really amount to very much.

Selective evidence, thats what the prosecutions case is/was all about...

If Sheila made such comments, then of course it was and is relevant to the five deaths which happened at whf, particularly because Essex police originally were prepared to accept that Sheila killed everyone, and then herself...
