There waa a dead female found downstairs (7:37am), then there was not (8:30am), there was only one dead female upstairs in the bedroom (8:10am) then there were two (8:30am), two females upstairs, one not wearing panties, pair of heavily bloodstained panties end up soaking in bucket of cold water downstairs in kitchen, recovered by Ann Eaton, blood appears in silencer handed over to DC Oakley on 11th September 1985 - - Dodgy police, dodgy knickers, dodgy Ann, dodgy Oakley, dodgy blood, dodgy silencer...

It don't paint a pretty picture...

..and yet the socks were left by Sheila's body and not attempted to clean as were the knickers.

..and yet the socks were left by Sheila's body and not attempted to clean as were the knickers.
Nor forensically tested I'd doubt. Or the results are hidden in the vaults with the rest of the mysteries.l

What I personally find disgusting, was the manner with which they photographed former model, "Bambi", on the bed, knickerless, with her womanhood fully expose, hem of nightdress raised up to top of thighs, and then after police abused her body in this way by taking sordid photographs of Sheila on the bed exposed, they moved her body to the bedroom floor and lowered the hem of her nightdress to conceal her private area, the cunning bastards then planted the butt of the rifle against her crotch and adjusted her right hand on and around the gun, and introduced a false cover story that the raid team had actually found her body positioned like that on the bedroom floor, when all along pervert officers had been taking indecent photographs of her on the bed, when she was not yet dead - the fucking slimeballs, the lot of them...

The socks are very interesting, since if Sheila had been wearing them when Junes blood splashed upon them, it would tend to suggest that Sheila killed June, and that in the process of shooting and struggling with her, junes blood dripped onto the socks that Sheila was wearing...

And another one. You'll get blisters.

Mike these allegations are very strong. Many members will feel they are too strong without 'evidence' to back up such claims. I know these allegations have appeared on the forum before.

So, in response, we get another pic of a dead relative....completely unrelated to the subject matter.

I personally think the socks were Ralph's. They were on his side of the bed and were the last things he took off before getting into bed.
-
Morning Lugg
we have discussed this before steve came on the forum and we establised they were Ralph's socks and would be left on the floor at the side of the bed as some men do (if allowed) ;D

I usually lay all my clothes on the bed last thing in case I get a call out in the middle of the night. That way I can quickly get dressed and go. I know. I should put clean clothes out ready for the morning. But I'm only a man. ::)
-
So, in response, we get another pic of a dead relative....completely unrelated to the subject matter.
I suggest you take a look on the red forum, vidvic,,as there's a much brighter, clearer photograph on there.!
-
Hi Lugg if all your clothes are still on the bed next morning not much action going on in your bed ;D ;D ;D just kidding as you well know.

I suggest you take a look on the red forum, vidvic,,as there's a much brighter, clearer photograph on there.!
But we're not on the red forum lookout.

All the more reason why you should look for yourself and see that it's not just this forum which displays tasteless photographs. At least here, you can see what goes on,,but behind your back,it's different.? Even if it's the same pic.? That's called being selective in who you choose to have a go at.

I don't know. Why not ask them. Wherever the pics came from,,they didn't appear to be overly concerned about showing them on the forum.?

Glad you agree they're tasteless.

I thought you said it was the press?
-
Glad you agree they're tasteless.
I have made my feelings re: the pictures perfectly clear, but it's not just up to me whether or not we continue to keep posting them in threads. They are in the archives so I see no reason to have to keep re posting them. I have asked the question and so far there is agreement that only a link to the picture should be posted - however, not everyone has responded to the question - yet.
-
Hello Caroline posters objecting to these photo's should do what I do and not look at them. I have not looked at one single photo I do not have the need I can understand the point Mike is making without having to see what I suspect are very distressing images.
-
Right,,,now that we've got a few things straight,,,let's not have any more derogatory remarks made,,,including that said of Jeremy. It works both ways.
-
lookout I agree with you on that one. Jeremy Bamber is serving life in prison that is enough I think.
-
Right,,,now that we've got a few things straight,,,let's not have any more derogatory remarks made,,,including that said of Jeremy. It works both ways.
Well in actual fact lookout I think it was JB himself who objected to the pictures being posted on the internet?
-
Though gratuitous use of these pictures should be avoided there is a case for displaying them to buttress one's argument and to foster debate, such as the bloodied socks remaining on the floor of the master bedroom whilst the knickers were left to soak in a bucket in the kitchen.
-
steve it is quite obvious that Sheila herself had an "accident" and put her own underwear to soak in cold water probably as this loosens the stains and prevents permanant staining. We on the forum discussed the socks and suspect they belonged to Ralph and he left them on the floor before retiring and they became blood stained from the splatter nothing sinister about this at all.

That's quite possible susan but it may well have been June who for practical reasons helped out Sheila and cancelled her bible class because of it. I know this has been discussed before but isn't this often the case with fora such as this. I'm not sure Ralph would have just left his socks on the floor knowing June was in bed,a bed which does seem to dominate what is quite a small room considering the exterior of the Georgian building.

It would be helpful to know what preceded Nevill going to bed and where he deposited the other clothes he'd removed. If his socks were the last thing to be removed, he may not have bothered to put them with the rest of tomorrows washing. I really can't see why he wouldn't have left them on the floor just because June was in bed. Incidentally, do we know it was a prayer meeting that she cancelled or just a church meeting per se that she sent apologies for missing?
-
steve when a young lady has her "monthly" as it was known she accepted it as part of her life as it had been going on since she was about 11 or 12. It did not stop her from carrying out her daily duties or even sport so June would not have cancelled her bible class because of it. The reason I suspect was that the family had had a disagreement around the kitchen table whether to do with the children being fostered I cannot speculate. Quite often men leave the socks till last and pull them off and jump into bed it was quite common place but I suspect men have moved on and now place their socks in the laundry basket. ;D I will have to carry out a survey next time I am in Tesco's on this point ;D ;D ;D

I won't be surprised if the police used Ralph's back to put out their fags!

Sorry Steve, but as I know you've been told before, that is complete rubbish. It's a bit like you suggesting your dad cancelled his night down the pub to help you change your underpants.
-
Hello Bridget nice one I need a laugh ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
-

Very good equation! I agree it is rubbish that June would have cancelled anything merely because of Sheila having her period - she was 28 and a mother of two for crying out loud!
It must have been something more serious that made her cancel.
-

It doesn't necessarily have to be rubbish. June was the one who visited Sheila in Maida Vale and knew the practicalities of her life and possibly had an intuition as to how ill she was. Ralph loved his daughter as evidenced by the hour-long telephone calls he endured in the evening but may not have been fully aware of the implications of her illness. Sheila was an ex-glamour model fastidious in her appearance and it's just not like someone of that ilk to leave underwear in a public place in full view, whereas June seemed to be the more practical and charitable individual,a problem-solver who might well have put the knickers to soak as Sheila went upstairs exhausted to bed after saying a few words to Auntie Pam on the telephone.

Glad it made you laugh Susie :) but it irritates me every time I read it.

How long do you think it takes to fill a bucket with water and say "stick em in there"?
The most likely explanation for her cancelling her class was because she had house guests.
-

Yes Susan, AND we could have a bath and wash our hair and go to school and ride our bikes/horses and go to parties and go swimming and play tennis and netball and rounders and at some period(scuse the pun) we ALL experienced "accidents"and the last thing most of us would have welcomed was an interfering mother. How would we have coped at boarding school?
-
I'm glad you're making light of the incident because it suggests that Sheila was still in control of her faculties at that stage of the evening, whereas a young schizophrenic woman in the grip of psychosis would not have had a clue she was about to have her period and might have left stains somewhere in the house which might have been useful in tracking her movements for those fatal few hours.
-

I agree, but there was also some mention of a black eye and I'm not going to speculate how it occurred. However, given that June sounded very 'proper' in her manner, if she did have a black eye, I can imagine that would put her off going out to mix with others - who may make their own mind up about how it happened.
-

Which sounds more probable? June picks up the phone, says "So sorry, I won't be able to make it tonight, I have Sheila and the children here and I'm all behind. See you next week" OR "So sorry, I can't make it tonight, Sheila's period has started and she needs me to help out"

But she didn't inform her friends at Bible class. Maybe some of you should look back at previous threads instead of pulling rank..
-
Where exactly does this come from?
I read it recently - I think it's in the last statement we posted from Ann but might have read it some place else. I will rack my brain and find the source!!
-

It just may be because you are making far too much of the fact that Sheila's period started and we disagree that June would have cancelled a meeting for that reason. But I will suppose, for a moment that it was the case. Just how long do you imagine it would take to run water into a pail and put the knickers into it. It could be done in the time it's taken me to type this.
-
And it has nothing to do with pulling rank, we know cos we is wimmin. How many periods have you had Steve?
-
Steve may I say females have plenty of warning of an oncoming period. Accidents usually only happen when away from home when unprepared at work or school. Sheila would have had warning and did nothing about it hence the stained underwear. Other items of clothing may have been stained as I read two buckets existed soaking clothes. As the items were destroyed we will never know but you need to accept what we are saying in this respect steve.
-

Perhaps I should but I'm certain you can tell me. If June didn't actually cancel her meeting are we to assume it was a loose arrangement OR was she group leader and failed to inform the group she wouldn't be attending, in which case isn't it rather odd that nobady phoned to see where she was?
-
And it has nothing to do with pulling rank, we know cos we is wimmin. How many periods have you had Steve?
..and how many men have you jumped into bed with who dumped their socks on the carpet?

Susan, she may just have leaked through a previously inserted tampon. God, when I joined this forum, not for one moment did I think I'd be teaching a man the logistics of menstruation :D
-

STEVE!!!!! I'll let you in to a secret, shall I? When I jump into bed with a man, I couldn't care less where his socks are as long as they're not on his feet ;) ;) ;) ;D

steve most of the men that have jumped into bed with me were so eager they did not have time to take their socks off ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D So romantic ;)

I think at every full moon I turn into a wearwolf.

april you could be right. A new box of tampax had been opened and one removed maybe the other empty box was burnt in the Aga.

You're right, She overhears JB mentioning it to police. Vanezis also mentions "bruising and swelling to the left eye" in the PM report.

So we couldn't be blamed for think that the reason she didn't go to the meeting was more about having a black/bruised eye than having house guests or Sheila having a period. Next question. How did she sustain the injury?

It's certainly possible. According to AE JB told police she told him she "hit a post". I guess we'll never know.

I guess we can only speculate but I do think it might be a reason for not attending the bible class and far more likely than recent offerings!!

Might be nothing more sinister than one of the twins hitting her with a toy.

Might also be sinister. It takes some force to get a black eye, but we can only speculate.
Jeremy said she had it prior to the murders - is he the only one (alive :'( ) who saw it?

Alias, it's been speculated that Julie did it because June called her a "harlot" but I think that happened at the beginning of her relationship with Jeremy. Might it have been Sheila?

It could have been. When did Jeremy say he saw this black eye on June - not when did he say it, but when did he claim to see it? Did ANY other person talk about having seen it, for instance Barbara Wilson?
-

The pathologist saw it, and the fact that it was swollen surely means that it happened some time prior to death I think? That and the fact that JB mentions it is enough I think to say it was there, but how it happened is anyone's guess. Maybe she did indeed hit a post.
-
I don't suppose that there are any medical records pertaining to Junes' injury.? Anyone, particularly if elderly are usually checked for any underlying cause that was responsible for an injury,,rather than treating the injury itself. Because it was the eye area and if it had been a hefty bump,,and if sickness and nausea followed, then either a doctor would be called out,or a visit to the GP to be checked over would have been the norm. Unless of course the injury didn't want to be reported.
June would have felt unwell at the time.
-
Morning lookout nice to see you nice ;D I once had a really swollen black eye and it was caused by an insect bite around the eye area my it was bad. I was afraid to go out as I may have been considered a battered wife ;D ;D ;D

Morning Susan,,always nice to see you too.x
It's usually youngsters with black eyes,,that you don't really take that much notice of,,as you assume that they've been in a fight,,,but when an elderly person has a black eye,it usually means that they've had a fall,,,so the reason of the fall then comes into play. Even if you" walk into something",,again,,in the elderly it usually signifies some problem.
-
Possibly only one person that would explain what had happened.
-
Hi lookout you are right of course about the elderly when I become elderly I may find out ;D ;D ;D ;D
-
Good Moaning, pretty little Blackeye Susie, How would you react if you had made your self up to the 9's to meet your prospective Model sister-in-law, and your future MIL remarked- "You look like a harlot (or tart!)?

Morning dear campion
I would probably agree knowing me ;D ;D ;D ;D

Personally,,,I'd have asked " and who knitted your face and dropped a stitch ".?
-

I'd have laughed it off,Susan. I couldn't hurt an elderly person no matter what they said.
-
lookout I agree with you I am the same find it difficult to hurt a young person either ;D
-
DEarest Susie,
I think you may have replied to June's jocular greeting- "So glad you noticed M'dear!' - don't ya think?
Not - Wham, bam and skedaddle.
-
Dear campion I would have immediately have dumped her son ;D ;D ;D
-
Dear SuZan, Thankfully you are not Muggy. Never in my wildest dreams can I picture you in a temper going mental. Ballistic, yes - that makes life interesting. (One puts this in , in the hope of achieving an interjection (BOlox or sim) from Meddlesome Mat from Mersa Mattru, or wherever, he is.

Nice to know you're thinking of me, Campion The Creator!

Dear campion sorry to say I don't do temper. I am a little mental though as I am sure you will have noticed by now ;D ;D ;D
