It's pretty obvious that none of us are thick - shouty, opinionated, misguided at times, perhaps, but I presume that we're all here for the same reason, to see justice done. But bear in mind, at least some of us (and I don't include myself, necessarily) are right. We'll all just have to suck it and see.............

I had made a simple mistake in my wording in my post to Hartley. I had wrote "stated" ,when I actually meant "insinuated"I am no "f-ing liar" as he put it.I have to agree with Christine.He can be a bit of a bully sometimes.He has had pops at me before,and once,the nice,sensible Vortex had to wade in to back me up.Have had enough tbh and will be off very soon.Will just hang around long enough to see the outcome re - the appeal.

I agree its just a shame that those who have recently joined just want to have a fight and not actually contribute to the forum in any positive way! To be fair I have not seen any signs of Hartley " bullying" I have seen a lot worse from more long term posters who then complain when people like Hartley stand up for themselves!! You can't have it both ways !

Lady C, mistake or not, you made a statement about me which was untrue, it was indeed a lie, whether a conscious one or not. I was not involved in a conversation with you, you simply decided to refer to me in one of your posts, and I responded. That is not bullying, if anything it could be seen as the other way around.

And Lady C you now say that I haven't stated something, I insinuated it? Well I'm sorry but that's not true either, you have either used the wrong word or it's another lie.

What you have done is read my posts and you have interpreted what I have said in your own way, the insinuation is from yourself.

Regardless the letters and phone calls are not evidence of anything other than the relationships between JB and his family after he was convicted.

I suggest you go back and read those posts.I wasnt arguing with Jackie on anything.I was being sympathetic regarding JBs relatives if they genuinely believe him guilty.I had said that the Eatons believed JB was where he rightfully should be and innocently thought that you could back me on that,seeings as you havent minded posting regarding the Eatons feelings previously.Big mistake on my part obviously.I should have remebered that it is okay for you to post about them,but not for anyone else on the forum.

No, you specifically referred to me making statements on numerous occasions in one of your posts. It was not a reply to me, I see that as unprovaked. I responded and you've got the arse ache about it, yes I know I shouldn't have sworn and I apologise for that, but my responses stand.
