The relatives always complain about continuing appeals surely this action by them could bring an end to this case once and for all

The relatives have nothing to do with this application to the CCRC, they are not involved in the process in any way.

Jackie..........I think that the relatives just wish Jeremy would crawl into a hole somewhere and die.And no offence,but if they really believe that he is guilty,then that is quite understandable.Peter Eaton is very confident that Jeremy will never ever win any of his appeals.Im sure that Hartley will be able to confirm that for you,being his friend and all.

If the family would like JB to crawl away never to be seen again happen if everything was released to the defence the surely JB could never appeal again there would be nothing new to bring up as a new challenge

Hence why don't the relatives petition to get everything released

I was not being sarcastic actually.I have no need to be.You have stated many times that Peter is a friend of yours,so if he is happy to tell a stranger his views then I assume he must have shared them with you also.I was just pointing out to Jackie that as JBs relatives believe that he is guilty,why would they want any involvement at all in any appeal.Surely as far as they are concerned,Jeremy was found guilty and he is where he rightly should be?
