A psychiatrist's opinion of ones mental state does not take precedence over physical and forensic evidence. You take the word a doctor that does not honour physician–patient confidentiality? I would be having reservations if I was you.

It was Mike that banned Scipio not me. As for the situation with Scipio now, he seems to have given up on arguing for JBs guilt. He has not signed in on red for a few months now and he does not reply to my e-mails either. He could be ill or something of that nature but I hope not.   :-\

Scipio must have changed his mind after watching Mike's video. But was too embarressed to admit it. So stopped posting on Red.

Scipio loved to pit his wits against Mike, it's not the same on the red forum for him, trust me he knows the roll you played in getting him removed Lemonhead/Scipio, you can deny it all you want, probably that's why he don't respond to your emails.

Justice your theory that I went out my way to get rid of Lemonhead/Scipio makes no sense. Because from the time he was banned I went over to red to continue are debates. Don't believe it's all on red to see.

I continued challenging/arguing with him for many month after his ban. It simply makes no sense that I would go out my way to get rid of him only to continue to discuss the case with him on another forum.  :-\

I am a very reliable person, I had a PM (which I will not reveal) from Lemonhead in Dec 15, he was aware of what you was up to and it was quite obvious.

Problem is Justice. it was Lookout that first noticed it was Scipio not me.

Same old,eh,Scipio ? The accusing sticks out like a sore thumb.

I then passed this allegation onto mike. Who looked into lemonheads IP address and lo and behold it was from the east coast USA, Were Scipio happens to live  ::)

I rest my case  8)

Scipio joined in February 2014.

Lemonhead joined in July 2014.

Scipio's ban was not until late 2015.

I don't know why the same person would create two profiles if he has not been banned from the first one.

If the Ip address is in a similar location, that could be coincidence.

Lemonheads post were long, as was Scipio's. However Lemonheads posts were less aggressive.

Now your changing the nature of what you have accused me of. You were pushing the idea that i decided to frame Lemonhead as Scipio in order to remove him from the forum. When in reality All I did was pass Lookouts accusation to the Admin to make their own conclusions.

This actually adds up. Scipio was banned before once in 2014 but had his account reactivated. I believe he created the Lemonhead account in order to access the archive and library documents while his original account was disabled.

That is a good point.

There was an immediate campaign to reinstate Scipio and he was quickly reinstated. So he would have had no need to to use a newly created 'Lemonhead' profile.

Scipio upon his return of course didn't thank anyone and continued abusing the forum owner.

When was Scipios first ban ? Did Lemonhead start posting after Scipios second ban ?

It seems that Lemonhead started posting around the same time Scipio got his second and permanent ban. Which was late 2015.

After Lemonhead got banned, Scipio attempted getting other posters to transfer his posts on Red to this forum. He sent me a PM once on Red asking me to do this. Which I didn't

Scipio then got threatened with a ban on Red for calling a moderator biased and wrong,  and hasn't been seen since.

I Believe he created the Lemonhead profile after his first ban so he could still visit the site and still see the evidence and document attachments. Once his second and permanent ban was issued he then decided to use his Lemonhead account.

I was informed in the past that Scipio and Lemonhead actually had the SAME IP address. I can only give my word on that unless that member reads this and decides to confirm it.

Scipio upon his return didn't thank anyone? He just continued to abuse people? Strange guy  :-\
