If it had been there to start with.
Who would you rather believe, the 5 officers who'd searched the cupboard and stated that they didn't see it,or the relative who miraculously found it ?

I'd say they didn't find it because they weren't looking for it which MAY suggest it was found because it WAS being looked for........................but even so, it doesn't mean that Jeremy's innocent.

Erm,it was a gun attack. Anything that involved using a firearm should have have been gathered up and used as evidence. EP didn't do that, did they ?
The way in which it was found does prove Jeremy's innocence,

OK. EP got it wrong AGAIN. But it still doesn't prove that Jeremy is innocent.

Have you got a source that that was police protocol in 1985. When there had been a murder/suicide ?

The murder weapon was found across Sheila. Why would they take other weapons and ammunition ?
