We don't know do we ? Ask the relatives for them. See how friendly you find them then.

They didn't form part of the case because they were relevant - you and the rest of the supporters won't get to see them because, they weren't relevant and what a victim of a murder case wrote in her diary before she was murdered would be none of your business.

I've already said that as Sheila wasn't on trial, it wouldn't have been appropriate to have her private musings revealed. Sheila was a victim and entitled to some dignity and peivacy.

Would she have been on trial if all 6,including Jeremy had been found shot ? Because like it or not,her " private musings " would have been under scrutiny. Who would have had the blame then ?

Lookout, as you wouldn't even TRY to put yourself in the family's shoes to answer how YOU would feel about the person you were certain murdered your family, how the hell do you expect me to know what would have happened had Jeremy been shot? Ergo, as Sheila was the victim, her right to privacy and dignity remains.

I only asked you because you seem to know the answers to everything and what you can't answer, you go off on a tangent.

So I go off at a tangent if I can't answer a question, do I lookout? That's really ironic, given that I told you, up front, that I didn't have an answer to the above question. It's even MORE ironic that you either go off at a tangent, or simply GO OFF, and REFUSE to answer a question.......................Clearly you're projecting here.

Oh dear another one fluent in the " projection " word. Who got it from whom ? Does it make you feel important ?

Lookout, I fail to see why you feel the need to have a pop at me. You've said you had it all clear in your head but it sounds wrong when you say it so I suggested that you write down. It seems you didn't. You throw out hints and ambiguities about what you believe happened and when I ask you to explain more fully, it seems like I'm the bad guy because you say why should you when I don't believe you. From where I'm sitting, I can only experience you as not wanting to look deeply enough to make times and distances fit together, in case you find out that they don't.

Right,,,,,,now would you have thought that EP would have first made enquiries to BT as to whether two separate calls had gone through at that hour of the morning,to save the nonsense about the phone-calls ? Had I been the police,it would have been the first thing I'd have done which would have eliminated JB and everything else after that would have been a tissue of lies made by others.
That way would have made the case even more interesting. Catch the fraudster/s.

Lookout, because I've always thought the investigation was hardly one of the finest, there are several -numerous- questions I could ask. However, in fairness to them, the majority seemed to accept exactly what Jeremy had told them which would have made it irrelevant to do checks with BT at THAT time -even if they had, it appears that there are some doubts as to what information would have been forthcoming. I believe someone managed to contact one of the engineers responsible for the area which was undergoing the changeover, always a bad time for collating reliable information.

You say had you been the police you'd have done..................but you have to remember that the Bamber's prominent position in local society, and by default, Jeremy's, would have made it very unlikely that they'd have challenged/checked what he said. They didn't need to eliminate him. They accepted what he said as the truth.
