"While you were busy making up this nonsense you ignored that Jeremy claims around 3:10"
I have not made up any nonsense, as you put it which version of evidence are you relying upon when you deliberstely refer to this timing?
The time Jeremy provided to police.
"he received a call from Nevill saying Sheila was running around crazy with a gun."
He never said those words to anybody, in that sequence, you have simply made this up
Nevill could not have made the call with her there holding him at gunpoint. Implicit is that she was moving around with the gun acting crazy not just sitting there peacefully. Also, implicit is that she didn't shoot anyone yet because if she had then he would have requested his son obtain medical help and police- he would not would not ask his son to come there after she opened fire already.
"He didn't claim anyone had been shot or wounded and indeed if someone had been he would have said to call an ambulance because of such."
read into, 'Sheila has got the gun, she has gone crazy', whatever suits your purpose...
You are the one making up whatever suits your purpose. While your made up claims sound good to you they stink to someone who looks at it objectively.
You suggest Sheila shot all the victims many hours before Jeremy claims he was called by Nevill. You suggest the shots were heard by someone far away but not Nevill (who was much closer) so he never realized it happened. his already has enough problems but then you compound it more by claiming she used a shotgun though no victims had any shotgun wounds, you resolve this problem by making up that they did.
Nevill goes in the house knowing nothing and conveniently fails to go upstairs to put his pajamas on and stays downstairs for some reason. Even more conveniently Sheila does nothing for hours. At 3am she suddenly gets the gun and goes crazy. Nevill eiher goes to put on his pajamas and finds out she shot everyone but doesn't want her punished so decides to call Jeremy to ask him to come held disarm her so they could then figure out what to do or calls Jeremy being totally unaware anyone was shot until after he gets off the phone and goes upstairs deciding to put his PJs on before Jeremy arrives. Then Sheila attacks him in the bedroom and chases him to the kitchen. Though she has 6 bullets left she decides to beat him and only after he is knocked out cold does she shoot him fatally.
You are a bad story writer. This crap would not even fly in a parody of some cop homicide show.
When you make something up you have to take ALL the facts and evidence and weave something around such not ignore it and you have to take logic into account as well.
Since there were no shotgun wounds it doesn't matter but post evidence that proves one of her prints was found on a shotgun. You constantly make this claim so by now you should be able to provide evidence of it if you had any.
