March 16th deadline for guilters.
« on: March 14, 2015, 09:56:AM »
As everyone knows there was a 26th February 2015 deadline imposed recently. For supporters to explain how Sheila committed the massacre.

This had to be imposed as previous requests for an explanation had been refused, together with the more generous explanation request of simply explaining what Sheila was doing when Neville phoned Jeremy.

Only one poster submitted a summary. Twice. Another poster who had submitted a flawed summary months earlier did not submit a modified summary.

This means that supporters must change stance. Believing Jeremy is guilty but should be released on a technicality, or the evidence was fabricated, or the trial was unfair etc. This was my suggestion several months ago in the 'Should Jeremy's supporters change stance' thread.

However to be fair, a deadline must also be given to guilters. To explain how Jeremy committed the massacre.

As previously said there is no reason why this cannot be done by either side. All undisputed crime scene evidence is available.

The deadline time is 10pm, 16th March 2015. If myself, Scopio, Mat etc cannot give a reasonable explanation, then we will have to consider changing stance to innocent.

I have previously submitted my summary, several times. But will do so again prior to the deadline.

Regards.

Cycle to WHF:

Evidence - June's bike brought over to Bamber's cottage just before massacre.  Easy journey. Unseen.

Get into WHF

Evidence - Bathroom window loose or open. Quiet ground floor entrance. Bamber said he knew how to get in through this window.

Pick up rifle:

Evidence ' Rifle available as stated by Bamber.

Fire one bullet into each twin.

Evidence - Julie said the twins were shot first.

Enter main bedroom:

Evidence - Two adults in this room who must be killed with remaining 9 bullets as potential to provide most resistance.

Shoot an in bed June and Neville:

Evidence - 9 shots were fired in the main bedroom opening salvo suggesting rifle was emptied in opening salvo.   June and Neville shot in or near the bed.

Go to reload or chase Neville:

Evidence - Spare bullets found in kitchen. Neville found in kitchen.

Kitchen fight:

Evidence - Neville was brutally beaten there.  Upturned and smashed kitchen items. Scratch marks on aga.

Shoot and kill a knocked out Neville:

Evidence - Four kitchen head shots into Neville.

Reload. Return upstairs:

Evidence - All other shots upstairs.

Either wake and shoot or shoot an already awake Sheila:

Evidence - Sheila found shot in the corner of main bedroom. Sheila on Haloperidol so easy to control.

Shoot June twice more:

Evidence - June had moved a few feet. Final shots required.

Reload, shoot the sleeping twins more times

Evidence - Twins shot 8 times in bed. Amount of bullets used shows two reloads carried out on the night.

Stage the scene:

Evidence - Gun and bible by Sheila. Silencer put in a box. Neville's back burnt to check for signs of life.

Exit out of kitchen window:

Evidence - Twenty sources say it can be banged shut from outside. Housekeeper said items moved by kitchen window.

Cycle home:

Evidence - Bike found at Bambers cottage.

Adam I agree with your scenario :)

Pick up rifle:

Shoot an in bed June and Neville:

Nine of the 11 shots were from inches away by or in the bed.

Go to reload or chase Neville:

Spare bullets found in kitchen.

Kitchen fight:

Evidence says Neville was brutally beaten there.

Shoot and kill knocked out Neville:

Four kitchen head shots.

Return upstairs:

All remaining shots upstairs.

Shoot Sheila:

Either wake her or shoot a retreating Sheila.

Shoot June once:

June had moved a few feet. Third head shot required.

Reload, shoot the sleeping twins:

Twins shot 8 times in bed.

Stage the scene:

Gun and bible by Sheila.

Exit out of kitchen window:

Fifteen sources say it can be shut from outside.

Cycle home:

Bike found at Jeremy's cottage.

Thank you. I have just modified it to show that each point matches the undisputed evidence.

I don't reply to fantasists. Especially ones who do not even understand what an original source is.

And one who can not even provide evidence to support their assumptions.

I really can't see Jeremy committing the massacre in any other way.

It's not impossible that he shot the twins and Sheila first. Then reloaded. But then is surely taking a huge risk in relying on Neville or June not waking up. Especially as Sheila was shot in the main bedroom next to Neville & June's bed.

I look forward to the other guilters summaries. Or perhaps they will just agree with mine. As Susan did.

Why are you sporting youth pictures of Jeremy as your avatar? It is quite creepy!

It's a Jeremy Bamber forum.

I don't want to put a picture of me on there. At 17 I have not reached my handsome peak yet. But would still get too many dinner date offer PM's.

Do you agree with me and Susan on how Jeremy committed the massacre ? It all matches the evidence.

I haven´t read it, Adam.

Just being fair as I gave a deadline to supporters.

You have read it, but cannot find fault. Because it matches the crime scene evidence.

That's fine. PM me if struggling to change stance.

Adam's account omits to say when Jeremy did the killings.
