This is from the Dickinson report:

Sadly paragraphs 305-3210 are missing.  They are the ones concerning the reinvestigation.

This is a big find, Scip.

I wonder why no one else saw it before (me included).  At least it puts to rest the question of why the  police never followed up.  Obviously they did. The subsequent paragraphs talk about how this did not impact the views of Barlow and DCI Jones they still thought it was a murder suicide.

Julie coming forward to say Jeremy knew it could be locked from the outside seems to be a turning point in the significance of the fact they were able to lock it from the outside.

The Dickinson report and Barlow's word are technically one source, all the report does is recount Barlow's word.  So the various members of the family there each constituted a source and then Barlow.  Julie was the one who tied the knowledge to Jeremy.

There is nothing on the OS about the kitchen window. Probably because the evidence is so compelling.

However there is a big section on June's bike. Jeremy can of course always deny he ever cycled to WHF.

Whether he used a bike or car is not of any consequence.  Only if he was too far away to be able to travel to WHF when the murders were committed would the transportation issue matter.

All Jeremy can say about the kitchen window is -

I had no idea it could be locked from outside.

I knew it could be locked from outside but that does not mean I banged it shut from outside on the massacre night.

Either way he is highlighting an opportunity to fool the police.

He already admitted he could get into and out of WHF through the kitchen window when interviewed by the police. It is better he does not discuss this issue again in the 'Campaign for Freedom'. He hasn't.
