B Dave yes he broke into the caravan park which he had shares in along with Julie but that does not make him a murderer.

Find the photos and I'll believe it. Otherwise it is all just hearsay by interested persons.

In my opinion if one is in a state of shock there would not really be any need or desire to buy every newspaper in the days that followed, discuss the wearing of make up in order to whiten ones appearance for a funeral or any need to set the video recorder to record the news coverage of the funerals.

Such a thirst for news coverage would probably fuel symptoms of shock possibly making such a shock worse.

I also think breaking into an empty house, where a murder had recently taken place, through a window which gives an appearance of being untouched, in order to get some car documents is stretching the explanation of shock as a cause of behavior.

Why not just innocently go to the house during the day whilst 'in shock' and then ask for required documents?

I thin k the Jeremy who lived in 1985 was emotionally seated more between 15 and 17 and intellectually more of a mixture of Hooray Henry and hooligan  than conscientious academic and PHD student. I imagine his parents did their best to keep his, to them, unseemly behavior in check, and I imagine that for the MOST part, leaving aside the odd lapse, he complied OR behaved in such a way that convinced them he was trying. I think it would have been a heady feeling to realize that he'd made front page news, he was famous and there were no longer any restraints on him. I imagine he felt omnipotent................but it doesn't mean he killed anyone.

Or such behavior could be consistent with a cold blooded, calculating murderer who went on to  eliminate everyone who was standing in the way of a wandering and warped mind.

What did the judge say when passing sentence about Jeremy......... something like despite an outwardly presentable appearance Jeremy was warped, callous, and evil, almost beyond belief?

Hi curiousessex  I would not call entering your own property by a window would be considered as "breaking in" and all this information about makeup to make him appear white and buying all the newspapers available where did this come from I wonder would it have been Julie.  I read on this forum that Jeremy used a false tan on his face in order he would not been seen when on the bike to WHF wearing his wetsuit :'(

curious, it seems that the judge had allready found him guilty and villifying him that way was like instructing the jury to find him guilty!. This seems to me to be out of order

Hi haughton

I was told on this forum by a Solicitor that it was the Judges summing up that got Jeremy Bamber convicted. He could only go off the evidence presented before him and that amounted to very little :'(

I afraid the comments I mention from the judge occurred when the judge was passing sentence which means the jury had deliberated and already found Jeremy guilty by a majority 10 - 2 verdict.

It was the jury who found Jeremy guilty not the judge.
