How do you account for the bloodied fingerprints on the side of the blue and white chequered worktop but no blood on the telephone?
I would guess that whoever used the phone wasn't bleeding at the time ie. Neville used the phone to ring Jeremy before any shots had been fired.  Later when shot he clutched the edge of the worktop or it was a bloodied handprint from Sheila, or someone else.??

Let's look at forensic evidence. What forensic evidence.? ;D Where was it.? Is it.?
For a big murder case, you need forensic evidence to nail a person for the crime.
There were specks of blood on Jeremy's shirt he wore under the wetsuit but due to the length of time it took to analyse it couldn't be used in evidence. All this ties in with Julie's statement that Jeremy told her the crime was foolproof. The lack of any forensic evidence for Sheila to be the perpetrator is far more telling when you consider what she must have gone through had she been the attacker.

No Ann Eaton specifically relates an incident where Jeremy was going to buy a 12 bore shotgun because he "fancied himself as the country squire". It had to be the .22 anschutz for the murders under the pretext of shooting rabbits, left fully loaded of course because Sheila with her coordination issues could not have done it.
If Jeremy had wanted a shotgun he could have bought one, steve and anyway there were shot guns available in WHF.  Incidentally one of these shot guns had Sheila and Ralphs fingerprints on it, how d'you think that happened?

Don't for one minute believe he wore a wetsuit :)

No only is that untrue but there is no evidence of him having worn a wet suit either. It was simply something that RB thought might be a 'possibility'!!

Is this the one which Mike claims Ralph always kept under the bed? I've told you why the murder weapon had to be the anschutz, because Jeremy had to think of a reason to blame Sheila. Jeremy didn't give a toss about farming by August 1985 and wouldn't have lifted a finger even if the Farm was rife with vermin.

So the guy who has shown no previous signs of violence throughout his life is SO hatefilled of his entire family that he is capable of orchestrating their slaughter to make it appear as if one of them has done it, yet has spent 28 yrs behind bars where 27 psychologists/psychiatrists have failed to find any trace of deviance in him, has taken, and passed God know how many lie detector tests and tests to test whether he is using tricks to fool the tests, and passed them with flying colours, and he poses so little threat to anyone that the authorities see fit to downgrade his status but he must be guilty because his sister lacked coordination. I don't think so, Steve.

Strange that steve because AE could believe sheila could have used the shot gun but not the anshultz.  It may have been the loaded shotgun under the bed or the one later photographed n the office.

LOL - Not even worth addressing, really, but  wouldn´t Jeremy have been smart enough to get rid of that shirt if he had worn it while killing his family?   ::)
The wetsuit always makes me laugh. THAT is the level of "evidence" against JB.

As far as I can tell that has never been used as evidence. Maybe some who argue against him being innocent have mentioned it, but to say that it was 'evidence' clearly is not true.

Correct. It was a suggestion by RB which was investigated and discounted by the police. Steve mentions it sometimes but to use the words of roch, he ploughs his own furrow.
