12 Ways to prove Jeremy innocent or guilty

•   Listen to the recording of the open phone line to the kitchen made during the raid If Shelia was in the kitchen then I am sure the police can be heard on the recording.

•   Examine the DNA on Shelia’s night dress if she was in a fight with Neville Bamber then you will find his DNA on her nightdress.

•   Examine the hand written statements of the armed response team made before the investigation turned from a suicide to a murder, I am sure during the 3 and a half hours they waited and watched the farmhouse before they went in they would of seen Shelia if she was alive.

•   Check the time of death on the autopsy report for Shelia if she was alive when the firearms team went in then JB cannot be guilty

•   Examine the DNA on all the bullets recovered from the family if one gun was used then the ballistic evidence will support this.

•   Lift the public interest immunity order on all the evidence if Jeremy cannot find anything that proves his innocence here he is guilty.

•   Listen to the 999 call from Jeremy’s father to see if it sounds like Jeremy calling.

•   Listen to the mic recordings made by the firearm raid team.

•   Lift restrictions on all photographs taken relating to the case, if there is something being covered up then it should be possible to find it in the pictures.

•   Examine the suicide note found in the bible found next to Shelia to see if she wrote it.

•   Prove using someone of the same size and stature as Shelia and using the same weapon with silencer attached Shelia could not of shot herself with a weapon that long.

•   Check who’s fingerprints were on the Bible found on Shelia

Who has something to hide, Jeremy or Essex police?

I would say the latter,,Bambergate,,as Jeremys' hands are somewhat tied and at the moment,it's like getting blood out of a stone in granting any release of anything held under PII,,as it would seem, have all the answers that are needed.
Why,,after all these years,do they have to retain information which could free this man.?

The nightie was destroyed by Essex Police in 1996 I believe. What needs to be explained fully is the triangular stain of blood on it;maybe Dr Herbert Leon McDonnell could be drafted in to help in this regard. If the Police had shot Sheila then they would have been relieved to discover a suicide note and would not have covered the death up when the allegations of murder began to be made.

12 Ways to prove Jeremy innocent or guilty

•   Listen to the recording of the open phone line to the kitchen made during the raid If Shelia was in the kitchen then I am sure the police can be heard on the recording. I would think this to be impossible and don't think such a recording existed, but if it did and was destroyed, then I would be anxious to know why!

•   Examine the DNA on Shelia’s night dress if she was in a fight with Neville Bamber then you will find his DNA on her nightdress.  I would have loved to have seen the full results of such an examination, bust sadly the night dress was destroyed and only a visual inspection of GR was performed.

•   Examine the hand written statements of the armed response team made before the investigation turned from a suicide to a murder, I am sure during the 3 and a half hours they waited and watched the farmhouse before they went in they would of seen Shelia if she was alive. As they were altered and in some cases re-written, I would be interested in seeing them. I have read them all in the archives and to be honest each and everyone gives a varying account of what light was on and where the bible was etc.

•   Check the time of death on the autopsy report for Shelia if she was alive when the firearms team went in then JB cannot be guilty.  There was never a time of death, because the pathologist never went to the crime scene, he failed in his duty to identify the time of deaths...

•   Examine the DNA on all the bullets recovered from the family if one gun was used then the ballistic evidence will support this.  Sadly they no longer exist...destroyed!

•   Lift the public interest immunity order on all the evidence if Jeremy cannot find anything that proves his innocence here he is guilty. This would be interesting, lets hope its within our lifetime that this is lifted, but I doubt it..Someone wants JB locked up till he dies and its my opinion that everything is held back on purpose so he ever be a free man.

•   Listen to the 999 call from Jeremy’s father to see if it sounds like Jeremy calling.  No recording exist

•   Listen to the mic recordings made by the firearm raid team.  What??????? You must be joking

•   Lift restrictions on all photographs taken relating to the case, if there is something being covered up then it should be possible to find it in the pictures.  That's if they still survive. I am sure the CCRC can get anything that is archived???

•   Examine the suicide note found in the bible found next to Shelia to see if she wrote it.  That went in a flash and was never produced, very fishy!

•   Prove using someone of the same size and stature as Shelia and using the same weapon with silencer attached Shelia could not of shot herself with a weapon that long.  The moderator was never on the rifle, its a myth.

•   Check who’s fingerprints were on the Bible found on Shelia  The bible still exists, it was given to the family...

Who has something to hide, Jeremy or Essex police?  The police

Hello by the way!  :D :D :D :D

Hi Patti  I kid you not the sun was so hot this afternoon I was sat on the patio and all the washing was dry on the line.  At the moment the sun is starting to set against dark hills and the view is to die for.  I am so lucky. ;D ;D ;D  I have a spare bedroom ;D
