The Saville story would have come out YEARS before it did had it not been for those who were more interested in profiting from being in his orbit, than the safety of numerous, faceless, voiceless, worthless "little" people, who were sacrificed to feed the monster's depraved appetites.

OK
Some interesting responses but I think my point was missed
My point is that if we want to know the truth we can, and there is enough evidence to prove what actually happened that night.

The bottom line is that Essex Police with the help of the government in the form of an PII certificate is hiding the truth from you, which means the government, and the police force put public image before Justice.

We are supposed to live in a free and open society one that tries to reduce corruption and crime and learns from its mistakes.

If the Saville story was not exposed then I guess it could happen again but having it out in the open reduces the chances of it happing again.

So I know if Shelia was alive in the house then probably many of the firearms team would of seen something and as the pii came into force around the time of the COLP investigation into things it probably means that the cover up involves many people.

OK this will be damaging but how else do we learn from the mistakes we make?

Painful but its really the only option for a modern society

Your thoughts please

Hi :)

At the end of the day there is nothing we can do.  If Jeremy's defence team can't do anything then I am certain we couldn't.  But, on saying that if all the public were on Jeremy's side then it would show a stance and someone somewhere within the government might take notice.  What JB need's is a good PA...On that is strong and peoples person.  :-\ :) :) :) :)

The answers to a lot of questions about past frauds and the smuggling of cannabis are being held under PII.
These offences were dropped, a decision which was decided by the police prior to the trial, and which remain undisclosed between the DPP and JM.

So,,Mr Bambergate,,the answers lie with the PII,,which I'm in no doubt, would result in Jeremys' release.

At the moment,,there is endless new material that the lawyer is putting together. So much, that neither Jeremy, nor S.McKay realised just how much evidence was kept back, that could literally free Jeremy.
Evidence and crucial that was held back by the Essex police that would prove Jeremys' innocence.
Maybe 2013 will be a lucky year after all,,as once all this new material is gathered,it'll then be submitted to the CCRC. The delay in getting this prepared is because of the volume of new information that has been collected.
Would Jeremy have bothered if he were guilty.? Would S.McKay be bothered to this extent if he thought Jeremy to be guilty.? The answer to both is NO.!

A  good post is open to answers , i see you mention Saville , some may think what does  it have to do with this case , on its own nothing bar something to consider, i will close on that one, do we live in free society then no  in jail or not no one does, mistakes will always happen, the new idiot in charge of the BBC said today lessons have been learned from the Saville case, rubbish nothing has been learned, where are the court dated for those involved, a dirty under the carpet going on , while PII may actuall be keeping jeremy in jail , which is its prime purpose , i bet Pii protects saville as well.

What else would he do with it? However, why not submit one good reason now to start the process? Further evidence can be introduced later (within reason).
