that could just be a miss print by the papers.

or the wrong time could have been given out in the first place.

i would think if she went missing at 730 then her mum made the call at 750.not 650. and its just a missprint.

Seems the press are sticking to the 7pm time frame now of April being abducted, but the times could very much all be in error.  I think we will just have to wait and see if and what is revealed to the public over the following months.

Apparently so.  I wonder whose statement that they are going by, the elderly gentleman who claims he was the last to see April and seen the car that she was taken in or the 7 year old's statement who said April went willing into the car, or both?.  I cant understand why the police don't have more witnesses as MB lived in that area previously, he had 2 ex partners who still lived their, he had a child who lived there, the neighbours all knew him, they knew which vehicle he drove etc etc but yet all the police seemed to have at the beginning was the statements of 2 vulnerable witnesses, as that was all we were reading about in the press at the time, and no other mention of any other witness seeing him.

If MB drove into that scheme and took April, he was taking one hell of a chance that he would not be seen as everyone seems to have known him and his car, where he lived and knew all of his personal business.  It makes no sense to me that he would do this.

Todays news....It came as Dyfed-Powys Police confirmed the search for the youngster, who was last seen getting into a light-coloured van or 4x4 type vehicle at around 7pm on Monday, October 1, would continue at “the same level of intensity”.

Hi nugs, that's what's mystifying. We'll have to wait for anything else coming forthwith. I wonder what the idea of holding him until next January is all about.?

All police statements/vidoes that I have watched refer to 7pm as the time the 7 year old friend seen April going into a light coloured van.

Finding evidence to back up the "sufficient evidence" they claim to have had to charge him in the first place. ::)

I honestly think if there was a confession from MB we would have heard about it one way or other, that's not something the press would have sat on for nearly a fortnight.

I am pleased but suprised with the amount of support this guy has got from the public as normally the hanging brigade are out in full force.  It is good to see that people are keeping an open mind, they can't be any fairer than that.

According to a few press articles I have read, 7.30pm the police were called, as April's mum had went to knock on neighbours doors looking for her, and this is when the 7 year old said she went into a light coloured car/van.

This is so wrong  :(

I hope Sky News and the press are pleased with themselves for printing all MB's families names, they are now all sitting targets.

Hi nugs, that's what's mystifying. We'll have to wait for anything else coming forthwith. I wonder what the idea of holding him until next January is all about.?

He will be held much longer than that Lookout.  The judge said it was “impossible” to set a trial date because of the large number of uncertainties surrounding the case.

Elwen Evans QC, prosecuting, said “forensic, scientific and other extensive investigations” were continuing “at pace”.  The judge added: “And matters may develop.”

Judge Mr Justice Griffith-Williams said: “The Crown has notice of the likely defence in his account in interviews.”

Likely defence?  What is that supposed to mean?
