Apparently so. I wonder whose statement that they are going by, the elderly gentleman who claims he was the last to see April and seen the car that she was taken in or the 7 year old's statement who said April went willing into the car, or both?. I cant understand why the police don't have more witnesses as MB lived in that area previously, he had 2 ex partners who still lived their, he had a child who lived there, the neighbours all knew him, they knew which vehicle he drove etc etc but yet all the police seemed to have at the beginning was the statements of 2 vulnerable witnesses, as that was all we were reading about in the press at the time, and no other mention of any other witness seeing him.
If MB drove into that scheme and took April, he was taking one hell of a chance that he would not be seen as everyone seems to have known him and his car, where he lived and knew all of his personal business. It makes no sense to me that he would do this.
