  • Very delusional
He did his best mertol22. He removed the telephone from the master bedroom and it was strange that the cordless telephone wasn't working. The telephone call doesn't add up,neither does the two shots in Sheila,but then how was one to know how many .22 anschutz bullets it takes to kill..

it can vary! the human body can cause bullets or do odd things!

yes someone had lived after beening shot twice at point blank in the head with a 9mm=.355 inch lugar FMJ!!  approx 50% bigger at three times the mass of a .22lr=.225 inch

and one suicide attempt with a 9mm FMJ under the chin and out the top of the skull and is alive still!

when a shot to the temple with a .22 air rifle drop a man like a sack of spuds!

But the cordless phone was broken and when back to where Nevil brought it from as he needed it to use in the farm as he works outside??? phones moved about in the more time then the rifle but at least the phone stayed on the scene!

I wonder if Sheila on the bed photo is still with the prison service? or is it been delivered back to the CCRC or Essex police??  ???

Who has Access to jeremery's Prison records containing such photo?

If Mike copied it to whats name mckay or gavin some name like the one jeremery fired!!

I say is there anyway or obtaining that hardrive or could be destoryed or  was this on the main CCRC computer system? or recorded to CD and stored in the case files..
500ml of Chloroform is next :P

Hang on a minute...

So, when DCI Harris contacted ACC Peter Simpson, and spent some 15 minutes using a land-line from the scene between 8:15 and 8:30am, which telephone did he use, and if he used the one in the kitchen then when PC Bird arrived later on to start taking his crime scene pictures in the kitchen, the telephone was not in the same position as it must have been in when the raid team first entered the premises - in other words, DCI Harris stage managed the round finger dial phone on the kitchen worktop with its handset off its cradle (do you not agree)?

The most important thing is that there was no blood on the telephone,when Ralph(Nevill) supposedly imparts to Jeremy that there has been gunfire in the house. After reading Colin's book I can see Jeremy's whole statement is a pack of lies..I just wish other people could accept it.

Hi Vic. Hope you are well. We don't know if the phone that was found under the magazines worked correctly, we only have B. Wilson's saying she plugged it in and it worked. There could of course been a fault with it, it was never tested by the police.  Also, Jeremy did not tell BW that it was broken....I think it was the other lady...I forget her name, the house keeper...JB? Senior moment, had loads of those today.  :) :) :)
Too much plonko last night Patti  ;DJeremy did not say it was broken...he did say it was a spare...

Just throwing this out there, but I've had a hard time understanding why there are mirrored blood stains on the pages of the bible, we all assume that the bible has been closed and then opened, producing this mirrored effect.

Is it not possible, or even more likely, that the blood stains were caused by soaking through pages rather than being closed and opened? Meaning the bible photographed in the open position, is not at the same page it was found.

What do you think? It would also explain the blood stain on the top right page which should be on the top left, which it would be if you turned the page.

Psalm 56

1 Be merciful to me, my God,
    for my enemies are in hot pursuit;
    all day long they press their attack.

2 My adversaries pursue me all day long;
    in their pride many are attacking me.

3 When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.

4     In God, whose word I praise—
in God I trust and am not afraid.
    What can mere mortals do to me?

5 All day long they twist my words;
    all their schemes are for my ruin.

6 They conspire, they lurk,
    they watch my steps,
    hoping to take my life.

7 Because of their wickedness do not[c] let them escape;
    in your anger, God, bring the nations down.

8 Record my misery;
    list my tears on your scroll[d] —
    are they not in your record?

9 Then my enemies will turn back
    when I call for help.
    By this I will know that God is for me.

10 In God, whose word I praise,
    in the Lord, whose word I praise—

11 in God I trust and am not afraid.
    What can man do to me?

12 I am under vows to you, my God;
    I will present my thank offerings to you.

13 For you have delivered me from death
    and my feet from stumbling,
that I may walk before God
    in the light of life.

------------------------------------

Psalm 57

1 Have mercy on me, my God, have mercy on me,
    for in you I take refuge.
I will take refuge in the shadow of your wings
    until the disaster has passed.

2 I cry out to God Most High,
    to God, who vindicates me.

3 He sends from heaven and saves me,
    rebuking those who hotly pursue me—[c]
    God sends forth his love and his faithfulness.

4 I am in the midst of lions;
    I am forced to dwell among ravenous beasts—
men whose teeth are spears and arrows,
    whose tongues are sharp swords.

5 Be exalted, O God, above the heavens;
    let your glory be over all the earth.

6 They spread a net for my feet —
    I was bowed down in distress.
They dug a pit in my path—
    but they have fallen into it themselves.

7 My heart, O God, is steadfast,
    my heart is steadfast;
    I will sing and make music.

8 Awake, my soul!
    Awake, harp and lyre!
    I will awaken the dawn.

9 I will praise you, Lord, among the nations;
    I will sing of you among the peoples.

10 For great is your love, reaching to the heavens;
    your faithfulness reaches to the skies.

11 Be exalted, O God, above the heavens;
    let your glory be over all the earth.

----------------------------------

Psalm 58

1 Do you rulers indeed speak justly?
    Do you judge people with equity?

2 No, in your heart you devise injustice,
    and your hands mete out violence on the earth.

3 Even from birth the wicked go astray;
    from the womb they are wayward, spreading lies.

4 Their venom is like the venom of a snake,
    like that of a cobra that has stopped its ears,

5 that will not heed the tune of the charmer,
    however skillful the enchanter may be.

6 Break the teeth in their mouths, O God;
    Lord, tear out the fangs of those lions!

7 Let them vanish like water that flows away;
    when they draw the bow, let their arrows fall short.

8 May they be like a slug that melts away as it moves along,
    like a stillborn child that never sees the sun.

9 Before your pots can feel the heat of the thorns —
    whether they be green or dry—the wicked will be swept away.[c]

10 The righteous will be glad when they are avenged,
    when they dip their feet in the blood of the wicked.

11 Then people will say,
    “Surely the righteous still are rewarded;
    surely there is a God who judges the earth.”

--------------------------

Psalm 59

1 Deliver me from my enemies, O God;
    be my fortress against those who are attacking me.

2 Deliver me from evildoers
    and save me from those who are after my blood.

3 See how they lie in wait for me!
    Fierce men conspire against me
    for no offense or sin of mine, Lord.

4 I have done no wrong, yet they are ready to attack me.
    Arise to help me; look on my plight!

5 You, Lord God Almighty,
    you who are the God of Israel,
rouse yourself to punish all the nations;
    show no mercy to wicked traitors.[c]

6 They return at evening,
    snarling like dogs,
    and prowl about the city.

7 See what they spew from their mouths —
    the words from their lips are sharp as swords,
    and they think, “Who can hear us?”

8 But you laugh at them, Lord;
    you scoff at all those nations.

9 You are my strength, I watch for you;
    you, God, are my fortress,

10     my God on whom I can rely.
God will go before me
    and will let me gloat over those who slander me.

11 But do not kill them, Lord our shield,[d]
    or my people will forget.
In your might uproot them
    and bring them down.

12 For the sins of their mouths,
    for the words of their lips,
    let them be caught in their pride.
For the curses and lies they utter,

13     consume them in your wrath,
    consume them till they are no more.
Then it will be known to the ends of the earth
    that God rules over Jacob.

14 They return at evening,
    snarling like dogs,
    and prowl about the city.

15 They wander about for food
    and howl if not satisfied.

16 But I will sing of your strength,
    in the morning I will sing of your love;
for you are my fortress,
    my refuge in times of trouble.

17 You are my strength, I sing praise to you;
    you, God, are my fortress,
    my God on whom I can rely.

True. There was nothing wrong with it. Makes you wonder why then was the bedroom phone moved to the kitchen??????

It also makes you wonder why when DCI Harris used the phone in the kitchen and left its handset off its cradle, that PC Bird should then come along and take pictures of it where DCI Harris had left it, and by the time the case comes to court, it is being argued that this was exactly how the phone in the kitchen was found by members of the raid team, untouched by human hand until after PC Bird took pictures of it?

Surely the fact that it was off its cradle is the important point of the photo?

Stage managed off its cradle by DCI Harris, not by Ralph Bamber, or Jeremy, or Sheila, or anybody else...

Court was duped into believing that the phone with its handset off its cradle was undisturbed and had been found like that by members of the raid team upon entering the premises, but sadly this was most definitely not true at all...

Just one of many deceptions carried off by the police in this case....

Do you see what I mean about the blood stains soaking through pages rather than mirror printing by opening/closed?

The more I look at it, the more convinced I am that this is how they were caused.
