I truly don't expec this case to get near the COA. I think that in Novemeber when the JR doesn't fall in favour of Bamber there is going to be a lot of upset people on this board.
We're under no illusion that the JR isn't going to be a difficult road .
There is evidence a'plenty to prove that Jeremy didn't do it,as opposed to the lack of evidence to say that he did.
It's in the interest of the public to be protected from wrongful imprisonment,and I see this as another step forward for Jeremy, and another chance to be heard.
There's no earthly reason why his case shouldn't reach the COA. Why not.?
I would hope that Lord Dennings assertion of " Be you ever so high,the law is above you ",,is ringing in Simon McKays ears. I'm sure things will go well. Positivity is the motto.
