I wasn't a juror at the time, nor did I witness the case in court. I could not possible answer the questions put me by the judge.  What I do know is that JM constantly cried throughout the cross examination, which could have made it difficult for JB's defence. Does that sound fair, form my point of view?

I think you are right to say that her statement should be taken with a great deal of caution. I am surprised you said that. At the end of the day she was hurting Steve. She was losing the love of her life and when faced in that situation a woman will do anything, it is a hard thing to face....If I was you I would have a stiff drink....I think you deserve it after tonight lol

You don't have any difficulty in speaking badly about Julie Mugford.  Now you try and play down your pm's which at times have been offesive and quite frankly weird albeit you have apologised afterwards.  Also they contradict your forum posts.

Can Maggie not defend her own corner?  I assume if the mods have a problem with the style or content of my posts I will receive a pm.  I will then be in a postion to defend my stance by reporting an offensive pm that Maggie sent to me some weeks ago.

Ok months ago I used to speak to egap by pm about adoption. One night I had too much wine and I sent a post which was over emotional and possibly a bit strange to her . I find the whole adoption of my children quite an emotional experience. I realised the next day that I should not have sent this post. I pmd egap and apologised. Since then everything has been fine shes told me stuff and I have replied. Suddenly I am being accused of sending her offensive posts and I am absolutely gobsmacked.
