maggie there are some things about jeremy that need noting
He did not get involved in fights every night
He was no idle slob eating pizza watching video rentals
He worked long hours on the farm
He did not steal motorbikes every week riding around Essex
He did not dress like a tramp
He had a job and paid his way not begging to the dole office.

Good points, Mertol

And he didn't live the high life that the papers said he did.

He went to clubs 3 or 4 times a month and drank at the local pub...

When he went the Amsterdam, with BC and JM all 3 shared a room at the cost of 29 quid a night...it wan't the posh hotel that the papers said he stayed in...

Night all, don't have nightmares.... :) :) :) :)

Mat, you should not trust ANYTHING posted here or anywhere else from those for or against Bamber. You must only trust that which had documented proof. a forum is just that, a forum and nothing else. It is a place for airing views and nothing else. It is not for finding evidence for freeing Bamber. That is for the defence team and for them alone. I don't expect anything any of us say on this forum would do anything for Jeremy Bamber or will make him more guilty or less guilty. If you thought that the forum was the place where you could download documentary proof of Bamber's guilt or innocence then you have come to the wrong place. And I hate to say it. Butthis applies to any forum whether it be this or another.

Good post.

So what you are saying then Bridget is that the police acted corruptly by resubmitting the swabs again and, that the lab was deceived into thinking the swabs had been retaken. For if the lab had known they were the same swabs, they would have rejected them again for they were meaningless as being treated as evidence.... :P :P :P

In what way is it corrupt to resubmit the swabs? The worst that could have happened is that they could have been contaminated by the firearms they were originally submitted with, but in fact they were clean. All of this is in the appeal court decision.

I have you on ignore - so you're lucky I saw this I have to download each post.
You've been the one person sending me PM after PM because you wanted to bring me 'up to date' with all the evidence that was pointing to Sheila. It's countless how much you've sent to me and how many links you've sent - I'm sure you agree.

So for you to now be so sure that James Bell needs to be looked into - what happened to all of this proof you had for Sheila?

If you want to look into James Bell... then go for it...but one minute you're trying to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxat the defence for more tests..and the next you're following another lead.
Mat, perhaps we are only doing what the police should have done in the beginning? That is to follow every lead and there were leads that they simply did not follow up. That is what we are doing here on the forum. A bit like assembling a jigsaw puzzle. You try one bit and if it doesn't fit then try another bit and so on. That's how I look at it anyway. Unfortunately those who think JB to be guilty only seem to follow one path, the official line of things. But if you look at the evidence that was presented in court and the wealth of evidence that was witheld it soon becomes apparent that there has been a gross miscarriage of justice.
What is more all enquiries into the case recognise this. But still refuse to act upon it.
