I don't remember what it said word for word.  But I sent G a message at the same time. Telling you that I am sure I ruffled feathers when I spoke about the outcome at 9:05am. But that I didn't want harsh words with people on the forum.

Why generalise. I'm a member of this forum and I think that you have prob lied during your time on this forum.

In fact I would go so far as to say a number of your posts and your attitude towards other members of this forum has at times been completely unacceptable and has caused more harm than good to JB.

Given that you obviously feel strongly about JB's innocence, it's a shame that you can't come across in a far more constructive manner.

Petey I see right through you just as Tyler does and I will leave it up to the members of this forum to decide how much credibility I have.

There are a few members on this forum that have been on here less time than you but have made an invaluable contribution already

Maggie, Gillian, EGap, Susan Ingram, AjRoss, Neil, Patti I could go on there must be more

If you stop moaning and picking on me and Tyler you might come up with something useful to post

It's boring now Petey and by the way what do you think of people who don't object to racism?

Please indulge me in what respect you 'see right through me?' I think I have stated my job and position on the case on this forum before. Or perhaps you dispute my claims?

In answer to your somewhat strange claims:

1) I think I have only ever posted to Tyler maybe twice when I disagreed what she was stating. Hardly 'picking on her!

2) Are you insinuating that my contribution to this forum is not valued?  Would this be by the forum per se or by you individually?

3) If you read my posts more closely as opposed to reading what you want to read, you will see that my perceived 'moaning' is more me encouraging you to take a more constructive approach to your posts on this forum in an effort to help JB and stimulate debate, as opposed to becoming sidetracked by petty squabbles and an inherent need to criticise posters who you disgaree with and constantly refer to the other forum.

4)I have no time at all for racists or people who promote racism in any form, although that is surely not a question you really need me to answer.

I asked the question because you seem to be championing Andrea, Abs and Shona last week

Petey which petty arguments are you talking about, Mat telling lies that he didn't send me a pm threatening me

Or Mat saying I don't get replies to my Pm messages, absolute rubbish

I am intelligent enough to work out who is genuine on this forum and who is here to cause trouble

There is only one thing I am interested in at the moment getting the 'jewels in the crown' smoking guns PII evidence released and raising public perception of the case and the behaviour of the ccrc during their investigation

If Keira told me to behave I might listen

I am a bit side tracked at the moment with thought of Mr Bennet getting charged with something race related

Funny you bring that up as I'm still waiting for Jackie to apologise for telling me to go play in the traffic!

Jackie, I thought we'd agreed to ignoring each other. I didn't send you a threatening PM here or twitter or anywhere - and I'm a bit disgusted you're trying to get me banned.

You were questioned a bit when first registering.  I''d put you roughly in a Tonyb bracket, re your stance on the case.  On the right side but with a healthy dose of scepticism  ;)

I don't know you, so can't give an accurate comment on your intelligence, although judging my many of your posts it does appear to be somewhat limited.

Is this an insinuation that I am not genuine and am here to cause problems?  If you have any questions to ask me or doubts about me or my authenticity, just ask away and I will respond honestly. If not, please refrain from questionning my integrity.

Petey, if I remember correctly, you first came across this case when you were training didn't you? Can I ask what aspects of it were considered educational, i.e. why was it included in the course?

When I first came across the case I though he was about 95% innocent. On joining this forum I thought approx 70% innocent. Currently I think he is about 65% innocent.

When i see compelling evidence either way, I will change my viewpoint.

And I repeat I'm not from the area and know nobody involved in the case, or on this forum or the other forum, professionally or otherwise.

Fair points Petey.

Not during my training contract, because that was for a commercial firm.

I first came across this case during my law degree. It was briefly touched upon in a jurisprudence module and discussed more in criminal law seminars where it was viewed along with other possible miscarriages of justice, the impact the rulings had and possible recourse to justice open to those prosecuted. It was discussed from this perspective, not in the light of whether he was guilty / innocent, although it obviously roused my interest in this.
