Patti you're a great member. The way you really delve into things impresses me. I admit sometimes I skip certain members posts - but yours are one I always read.

Aww thank you guys. I must admit this forum has made me a little more focused on things of late, its been a great help. I will here for an hour or two in the evenings, I hope...I will only be working 10am to 2 pm next week and will gradually work up to my full time working hours...I have been off for 5 months, so I might find it a bit difficult to get back into the swing of things.....

Hi Patti boot sale was massive and hot dozens of stupid men in shorts , bought a tin of old marbles for £2 a steal, i refuse to accept the evidence patti so your theories just keep going for, i openly ask a guilty member to tell me exactly how these crimes were done with exact times, and sequence of events, i also want names of witnesses who saw jb enter and leave WHF. i figure you had a glass or two of your plonko.

Nobody knows exactly how the crimes were commited and in what order and the sequence of events that fateful night, as no-one was there at the time. (assuming JB is innocent). This means that at best we can interpret the evidence that we have before us, but that still means that ultimately it is guesswork regarding what happened and when.

I also think as guilty posters would confirm, that there is no direct evidence or forensic evidence that places JB at the crime scene at any time the crimes were committed. He was convicted with the combined weight of circumstancial evidence, irrespective of how strong or weak we believe that evidence to be.

I don't think the prosecution have ever claimed that there are any witnesses that saw JB enter or leave WHF. Hardly surprising gived it was a remote farmhouse in the early hours of the morning!

(I'm not a guilty member by the way!)

Petey,  I wholehartleydly concur.  It's summed up in today's Daily Mail X-WORD, Clue 1 ACROSS:-
'Try to book to secure wobbly bed leg ?  BALDERDASH ! (12 letters). If 'try'   = GO, then the solution is GOBBLEDEGOOK.
Surely an apt appraisal of the Prosecution Evidence at JB'S Trial.  I rest my Case.
