g IT WOULD BE GREAT TO SEE A PROGRAMME ON THE ccrc AT THE SAME TIME jEREMYS CASE IS BEING WORKED ON NOW.

nEIL IS THERE A TIME FRAME ON THESE JUDICIAL REVIEWS IS IT MONTHS OR MORE THAN A YEAR OR IS IT IMPOSSIBLE TO SAY

It should be possible to get an application for Judicial Review heard in about six months.

You need to hit your Caps Lock key Jackie!

I doubt it. The delay is mainly because earlier dates have already been allocated to other cases.

You were questioned a bit when first registering.  I''d put you roughly in a Tonyb bracket, re your stance on the case.  On the right side but with a healthy dose of scepticism  ;)

When I first came across the case I though he was about 95% innocent. On joining this forum I thought approx 70% innocent. Currently I think he is about 65% innocent.

When i see compelling evidence either way, I will change my viewpoint.

And I repeat I'm not from the area and know nobody involved in the case, or on this forum or the other forum, professionally or otherwise.

I am almost sure who Mat is . . .
I respectfully remind you that 10 jurors were sure that JB committed five murders. Being "almost sure" means you might be mistaken.

I've just read that Jeremy was convicted on a ratio of 10-2,  on 9-3 he would have gone free!
Why not just toss a coin!

I knew there would be doubters. I shouldn't have said anything. Maybe I haven't worded it a hundred percent correctly.

But the CRCC have denied the request for appeal. Believe me, or think I'm crazy. You'll see.

whats all this then.

Just a heads up.
He's lost.
On the grounds of the fact that rather than evidence most of the freshly submitted material posed questions - he's been found guilty and needed to give answers not pose questions.
Nothing new has been submitted to warrant an appeal. In fact, most that has been submitted is being disupted as to the actual reliability of it.

I'm hearing this just now. Don't ask how, but trust me - I'm right.

are just a heads up

You'll all learn at 10.

Mat I for one have never thought you were a CCRC insider and I think the rest of the forum think the same. Cannot see the point in bringing this up at all.

But if you're gonig to be the pervy troll that you are, Numnugs. at least quote all my posts from that time.

There wasn't a CCRC leak.

Most members of the finally didn't know until after 10am, G. You're right but how do you know that? I'm sure you'll know that some members of the family didn't even know about the 10am deadline today.

But here we go...

There are some members of parliament, up to 7 in fact, that not only have a priviledge to know CRCC thinking plans/ but to have a prior warning. Those elected officials have assistants/office staff. News travels.

CRCC have wires to the press. News travels.

And then there is Jeremy's own team. Who last night knew that they'd screwed up big time. Amatures. and all wolves in sheeps clothing.

No, the U.S expert didn't 100% back up what was in the CRCC forms. He said "He believed but that more tests needed to be completed"

I think you need to ask yourself, numnugs. How much of that came out to be true. Keira knew at the time what I saw, I showed her. Lithium has the full LM SSCRC appeal and has had it longer than most. Question how he got that and then say there aren't "leaks"

One more post I found quite funny from two and half years back....

My earlier posts are available for anyone to read.
Jackie, I don't know you personally but I do not like you. you get too personal with people on this website and do not come across as a reasonable person of sound mind when it cames to the case of Jeremy Bamber.

You are one of the reasons that I stopped posting here.

;D ;D  Took everyone else a long time to agree with me.
