Petey, if I remember correctly, you first came across this case when you were training didn't you? Can I ask what aspects of it were considered educational, i.e. why was it included in the course?

When did you read this Bridget I thought you had only just joined the forum middle of April

Jackie, I don't know what PM's you get. I've never claimed to know. Those words have never left my lips, they are what you say I've said.
The pm I sent you and the nasty PM you quoted me as to saying as so different.

Whatever your opinion of other members of this forum and / or messages that they post, why resort to this sort of language?! If you have an issue, why not deal with it in a pm, instead of using nasty language on the open forum.

Not during my training contract, because that was for a commercial firm.

I first came across this case during my law degree. It was briefly touched upon in a jurisprudence module and discussed more in criminal law seminars where it was viewed along with other possible miscarriages of justice, the impact the rulings had and possible recourse to justice open to those prosecuted. It was discussed from this perspective, not in the light of whether he was guilty / innocent, although it obviously roused my interest in this.

Thanks Petey, judging by the number of law students who show an interest I guess it may still be being discussed in much the same way.

I may have joined mid April, but I've been reading for very much longer.

Oh Jackie, Jackie, Jackie.....

How you twist the truth to your own advantage...haha.

You know that what your are posting is exaggerated and untrue.

YOU came to me.

Yes, I have all your questions too.....constantly asking me about JB.

Do you really think I'd have been stupid enough to tell you anything of real interest or importance?

No doubt you have kept all my replies, in answer to all your questions.....(which I have kept too!)

You wanted to know all about his private life!!  I told you he was entitled to a private life and it was not anybody's business who he sees or what relationships he has.

Next minute, your posting pictures of his girlfriend all over the forum!

What has that got to do with Jeremy and his fight for freedom?

You know, for a minute, people might just have believed you....................

And now, I refuse to spend another minute of my valuable time giving you any further satisfaction.

There are many clued up people on here - they can come to their own conclusions!!

 :)

Just to back up the fact Jackie is lying bout what was said in a PM. Here is another member who has had pm's with Jackie and then she lies and twists what was actually said!

Mod, I'm sick of this troll being allowed to take shots.

Rochy do you believe me that he sent that message or do you believe I edited it and think very carefully before you answer Rochy because I will delete my account right now because of this and then I will leave getting Jeremy out of prison in your capable hands

He doesn't know me well enough to form an opinion on it either way so to put him on the spot seems unfair.

What kind of ridiculous attempted emotional blackmail post is this?!  Nobody knows 100% whether you edited it, other than yourself and Mat.

To try and put a moderator on the spot like you are doing is completely unacceptable in my opinion.

I think Rochy knows if I am a liar or not and Mat keeps bringing the LIE UP

Vic the pm from Aunt Agatha is unbelievable and everyone should read it

She shouldn't try to make me look like a liar on an open forum
