He has more than two, but he has shown me only the two you are speaking about, namely (1) which I first saw in ES `s office, and (2) the one of Sheila on bed with only one entry wound to the neck...

If there are more than two alleged photgraphs then the placing of these photographs in the public domain, in my opinion, would definately prove a cover up / conspiracy. It would not be possible to pass off more than 2 photographs under the guise of an administrative error or confusion.

NGB has indicated there would be nothing to fear in releasing these photographs into Simon McKay's office / public domain. So, in my opinion, just release the alleged photographs and get the hard worked for result for Jeremy.

How about just ringing Max clifford, he would sort them out and the money gained would off set any other loss?

As I have posted before there are a number of ways and means without 'Z' or Mike getting into any trouble for themselves.

However, in my opinion, there is no point in Mike talking about 'Z' and the alleged photographs being in 'Z's' possession if they are not prepared to release them for Jeremy's better cause. It would also make all Mike's criticisms of Essex Police and them witholding things under PII seem a little shallow and very ironic.

Also the longer this drags on given Essex Police, according to NGB's earlier post, have already confirmed they have released all the negatives of photgraphs then without the alleged photograph being available in the public domain, having made a claim such an alleged photograph exists, the more it will look that it is Essex Police who are telling the truth.

They have in the past also issued a statement to the effect of meeting all obligations under FOI requests.  Yet they have not.  I'd be cautious in offering them victory re telling the truth.

I have no idea what's true or not true but it would never be too late to present photos to Simon the only difference if the photos were available to Simon is that Jeremy would be out on bail and the case would be fast tracked to the court of appeal

Do you agree Ngb

I think a photograph showing Sheils with only one neck wound would result in a fast tracked referral to the Court of Appeal and if the prosecution decided not to oppose the appeal bail would probably be given pending the hearing of the appeal.

So when did Mike's informant supposed to have handed that photo to the CCRC? If nothing has been done then that sounds ominous doesn't it?

It's on the thread 'Documentation that proves relatives knew about the silencer on 9/8/85'.

Extract taken from http://jeremybambercampaign.wordpress.com/ann-peter-eaton/

"In another statement made to the City of London Police Ann details “It was the policeman DC Mick Clark I think, who told me Sheila and Aunt June were on the bed with a gun between them and a bible on Sheila’s Chest.” This is an unusual statement, firstly, why was a police officer giving a member of the public details about the tragedy? And secondly this position of the bodies contradicts photographs taken by Police, these images show Sheila and June both on the floor either side of the bed, the bible lay next to Sheila and the gun across her body. Ann Eaton also goes on to say “I could have imagined Sheila Blasting everybody with a 12 bore because this was what I had been told.” Curiously Ann had immediately formed realistic images of Sheila killing the family with a shotgun and not the low velocity .22 Anshuttz that was actually used."

Apart from Mike's word it is things like this which help me to believe that it is possible that a photo of Sheila on the bed does exist.
