The evidence does suggest Sheila was knocked out after the first shot.

She was so physically weak & it was a very damaging shot that would have killed her.

There are no vertical blood lines suggesting she sat or stood up.

Jeremy did not dispute with the police that Sheila could not have shot herself twice. As he was at WHF!

Her "proposed CCRC submission" has not changed in the last 7 years. Its been refuted many times on the red forum and she just goes round in circles nonstop with other people to which myself, Myster and Caroline have complained about on red. She is then dismissive of other people's contributions because it's not something she thought up or discovered and gets all catty about it. She is really weird.

Complained?  Complained to whom?  I was the senior mod on the board.

Myster?  This is the the same person you refer to as Mythster who posts here under Curiosity who you believe CC/Curiosity are one and the same.

Caroline?  This is the person you stalked online for years retrieving old posts simply because she changed her overall position from innocent to guilt  ::)

If your claim about other people's contributions is true then why have I retrieved a post from Caroline from over a decade ago?  In reality you are offended because I refuse to accept your absurd theories about your so-called 'forensic evidence breakthrough; AE contaminating the silencer with water from a bucket containing a pair of SC's menstrual stained knickers and AE and JM colluding to produce JM's testimony.

And you talk about me being weird  ::) You are an idiot.  Period; no knickers required!

Seems that CC is not going to say whether she is collecting new evidence together to challenge the PSOR. Or whether she has accepted the PSOR & the forthcoming full refusal on the 1st May 2026. .

At the moment her 5 proposed grounds are just soundbites.

This is a reminder that CC only has a few days to respond to the PSOR. No time extensions will be given.

The reason for a PSOR on each ground are in replies 1-5 on this thread.

A response must include new evidence. If there is new evidence on less than 5 grounds, it is still worth submitting.  It will only take one good ground to get a referral to the COA.

CC did say last month Sheila's nightdress 'was never tested' for GSR.

If she has new evidence which shows this, myself & the CCRC would find that compelling.

The jury would have been influenced by evidence that Sheila fired no shots. It would also mean Malcolm Fletcher lied under oath.

I would have been surprised if Sheila's nightdress was not tested. So far CC has supplied no new evidence. So it is just a soundbite.

How would you have dismissed the Aga evidence, Adam?
Lets hear your PSOR on them?

What is your PSOR on Stan Jones climbing through windows, planting his own blood on the silencer, then telling the relatives to say they found it and then the lab staff top it up with more planted blood later?

The rejection reason would be the same as in grounds 1-5 of CC's current proposed CCRC referral  - No new evidence supplied.

The above is simply more evidence that you are unable to understand the blood evidence.

Please load any new evidence to the forum.

Your 5 grounds will be slam dunks if supported by new evidence.
