Jeremy will just start again.

Do you think CC has new evidence strong enough for the CCRC to pass to the COA on -

The silencer

Where Nevill was shot

Hand swabs

Sheila's nightdress

Bible

Sheila being moved

Bloodstains

----------

These issues were very damaging to Jeremy at trial.  He has not been able to change the CCRC or COA's minds on these.

At the moment it looks like they are just soundbites by CC. But she may put in a strong challenge to my PSOR before the 1st May 2026.

If it did, there would have been a referral to the Court of Appeal by now.

Until the blood evidence in the moderator is cracked Jeremy will rot in Wakefield.

Everyone gets carried away with different theories myself included.

The conviction is only going to get overturned if compelling evidence emerges that shows the original 1986 conviction of unsafe.

Until the blood evidence in the moderator is cracked Jeremy will rot in Wakefield.

They had a shot at cracking the moderator evidence at the 2002 appeal.

As that was unsuccessful, their own avenue now is to claim that it was fabricated.

CC's proposed CCRC submission is not just strong enough for them to believe her new evidence would have influenced the jury at trial.

She believes her new evidence on the nightdress & hand swabs shows Sheila 'is the perp'!

At the moment they are just soundbites until CC produces her new evidence.

Not sure about ground 2 of CC's proposed CCRC submission -

SOC reconstruction: particular emphasis on NB sustaining upstairs gunshot wounds on landing stairs and main staircase, based on forensics/science, not bedroom as jurors led to believe at trial.

----------

Seems she is asking the CCRC to do a SOC reconstruction.

This is not new evidence and the CCRC will not do that.

The nightdress has no damage, oil, GSR  or other people's blood. It shows her legs were pulled after the second shot.

CC's new evidence will have to go some to negate this and show 'Sheila was the perp' !

There's not a scintilla of doubt in my mind that JB is innocent.

----------

Her reasons why are in her proposed CCRC submission. This now has a PSOR which will become a full refusal on the 1st May 2026.

If these are not just soundbites she has to provide her new evidence before then.

The nightdress was destroyed in 1996.

Although the case wasn't live, it seems different police forces have different rules in regards to storing exhibits.

It's unlikely after 40 years a slam dunk is going to surface in the case.

It would take the relatives or Julie Mugford to say " we fitted him up, or I lied"

CC has been silent since posting her proposed CCRC submission.

Maybe she is getting the new evidence together to challenge my PSOR. Although thought she would have it at hand to produce straight away.

All of the above grounds showed Jeremy as the killer. Challenges to them have been rejected by the CCRC & COA. So I suspect they were just soundbites and CC's silence is because she has no new evidence.

A final refusal will be made on the 1st May 2026 unless strong new evidence is provided that may have influenced the jury at trial.
How do you know something is going to happen on 1st may, Adam?
Has the CT made an announcement or something?

Her "proposed CCRC submission" has not changed in the last 7 years. Its been refuted many times on the red forum and she just goes round in circles nonstop with other people to which myself, Myster and Caroline have complained about on red. She is then dismissive of other people's contributions because it's not something she thought up or discovered and gets all catty about it. She is really weird.

Do you plan to make any submission to the CCRC yourself?
