Why aren't you asking ILB to back if his claim on the picture he posted of Sheila and one of her grandmothers? Comon Roch!

You've got to be kidding me? Please do a search on the following "source?". "please provide a source".

Please give me your definition of a technicality

A technicality is a point -especially a legal one- based on strict interpretation of law, or rules. It appears to have nothing to do with evidence presented. I'm guessing that, even if guilty, the case against the accused can be dismissed on a technicality.

JB will be acquitted by solid evidence.

That is,the Aga burns, proving he he could not have been at WHF when the killings occurred.

That's not solid evidence, it's a theory.

Despite what his 'team,' and others, would have us believe, there doesn't appear to be anything other than theories being put forward.

Zoso,Jane-all theories are theories until they are proven, take the theory of relativity.

As we speak the Aga burns are being scientifically proven, then they will be theory no more, but FACT!

That is not proving innocence. It is just saying the police may have moved Nevill upon entrance.

For no reason.

Innocence would be showing that Sheila committed the massacre.

The forensic evidence shows this did not happen.

Sheila could also not perform basic physical and mental functions.

Not exactly Adam. The Aga marks will only prove that Nevill lay against the cooker for a considerable amount of time before moving or being moved.

The fact that Nevill lay against the Aga for a considerable time for the burns to form is very damaging to the prosecution case.
It blows the police scenario to smithereens.
