Adam is trying to turn a 61 year old diminutive god fearing housewife into Rambo
Only fair, if Sheila has suddenly become Lynda Carter Wonderwoman.

June was physically a normal 61 year old woman.

A lot fitter than Sheila. She was doing Sheila's shopping!

Bill explained how much strength a schizophreniac can have during an episode the other day,as others have pointed out through experience many times before.

Schizophrenia is a very serious mental illness,as we all know.

But she had very little experience of firing and reloading a gun.

I don't mind people looking for a technicality.

But saying Sheila committed the massacre is very offensive and insults the intelligence.

If I recall correctly she had participated in a shoot in Scotland and had asked to fire a gun, which she did with David Boutflour steadying her hand. It was a one-off incident. The murder weapon itself was stiff, suggesting not only the difficulty in reloading twice (as well as changing the magazine), but probably chipping or doing some damage to her nails, which did not occur.

Of course to suggest Sheila as the perpetrator is just a smokescreen to distract from the real culprit: a man who had learned to shoot as a boy on the farm as well as at a school known for its cadet force, a stepping stone to an army career.

The gun is not hard to fathom.

Please give me your definition of a technicality

Didn't Mike Tesko say there was a technicality in the delay of an arrest warrant? It rings a bell somewhere. Evidence tampering, withholding of evidence, some IRA suspects went free because the British government made elementary mistakes on an arrest warrant.

All of Bamber's appeals have been on technicalities. Including the current one.

That is fair enough. He has a right to do this. Criminals have been successful on these.

But impossible someone in Sheila's condition could overpower Nevill and June.

All of his submissions are based on specific issues. Looking for a discrepancy in one of them - a technicality.

Claiming innocence is not feasible as Sheila could not function.
