Problem is, you think this case is unique, but there are many cases where certain things are kept from the trial or placed under PII. However, personally I believe that both Bamber and the CT use this to their advantage, by claiming there is more hidden than actually is. You can say anything has been hidden but if something is hidden, how do they know about?

He deserves to see information about him regardless.

If yesterday you hated me. Then today you can not stop the love that binds from me to you. And you to me

As does any other convicted person. Regardless of personal circumstance.

From, 'The murders at whitehouse farm' by Carol Ann Lee,--
--'Eight years older than Jeremy,Auckland- born Brett was a restless extrovert with a taste for clubbing, expensive cars and antiques.Reasonably wealthy,he had shares in a Brisbane restaurant while his brother owned  an executive cars dealership.

I think Brett entered the Restaurant business when he left England and decided to live in Sydney.

From The Guardian Oct 2021:

Defence lawyers have warned the court system in England and Wales is at breaking point as figures reveal a rising number of cases collapsing because of police and prosecution failures to disclose key evidence.

In the year to 30 June 2021, 1,648 cases collapsed over disclosure failures

Disclosure is probably the biggest cause of MOJs, in 1985 the problem would have been far worse than today. How can Bamber's defense use something to their advantage if they cannot get access to it?

Thanks handyman, have read the Brett Collins article at the beggining of the topic and everyone's comments, very interesting, although not much mention of antiques, seems Brett must have simply had an amateur interest by the look of things,no actual proffesional expertise.

One things for sure,Brett has no idea if Bamber is guilty or not.

He deserves to see information about him regardless.

It's not just things about him that he's asking for.

From a gulity standpoint what sticks out is Brett saying to Bamber. " "You don't look sad enough, whiten your face. "

' dress sharply ( reference the Hugo boss suit )

A close friend has just lost his sister, mother father, nephews. His immediate family. It's not something you say to a man who is grieving. It's not normal bereavement talk.

If I'm wrong I will be stand corrected but I see little of

" Your doing so well Jeremy "

" I will help you get through this "

" Things will get better Jeremy'

You know just the general keepmeups any friend says to you during an event as tragic as that.

Brett almost seems like a coach to jeremy.
No it isn't, and didn't I read in one of the books that Agnes Low heard giggling in the background when she telephoned Bourtree Cottage shortly after the murders? There was also the incident of the simulation  of noises of a sexual nature between the two at Moreshead Mansions, not that I believe their relationship was ever a sexual one.

I suppose we can't ascertain one way or another.

DI Jones said he heard a chuckle from Jeremy. Although he did think it might have been a cough. Overhearing a private moment between jeremy Bamber and Julie mugford

However if Jeremy Bamber is gulity. I do believe he told Brett Collins

What makes you think Brett Collins is a credible witness?

Sheila's medical history etc.

It's relevant to the case. In so far that the Mantra has always been if it wasn't him it was her

Credible in what sense Dave?

He wasn't a witness in the trial

He was just a friend of jeremys who spent a significant time in his company post events until arrest at Dover
