And anyway,The banner is not misleading.Jeremy Bamber was /is wrongfully imprisoned as he did not have a fair trial.
In your opinion ... thankfully no judges agree with you and a lot of them have reviewed the case!

Very funny Rochy, I think you're just a posting genius .... just to educate you, that Judge is Roland Freisler the Nazi judge who 'tried' the Valkyre conspirators and who died when his court building fell on his head during an air raid.

See, I am not just an expert on Bamber's vile murders!

If you want a bonefide Nazi reference, see the pic by my name, that's one of my German Shepherds sitting on the ruins of Hitler's house!

This will be food for posts I am sure!  ;D

Police responsible for Sheila's death in main bedroom

If the circumstances of Sheila Caffells death was a vile act, then the police who made the mistake of misidentifying her as being dead in the kitchen, reporting her death there, as a suicide, prior to 7:45am, should be the focus any distasteful comments...

If the police who went into the farmhouse had done their job properly, Sheila need not have died at all in the bedroom...

You cannot hold Jeremy responsible for doing something he could not possibly have done, he has the perfect alibi  to repel any suggestion that he killed Sheila in the bedroom, in the form of the police radio log contents that were contemporaneously recorded between 7:37am and 8:10am, two bodies downstiars and three other bodies upstairs - (Downstairs, the body of one dead male, and the body of one dead female found upon entry into the kitchen. One a murder, one a suicide)...

Enough said...

I do hold Bamber entirely responsible.

I have never pretended that the police did an excellent job on the Bamber case and a mistaken entry log is just another example of inept Police work. But it is proof of nothing other than a policeman made a mistake! Perhaps he misheard a colleagues description of the scene; I have no idea.

The main reason for all the shoddy Police work is they originally reacted as Bamber so planned and hoped they would .... "it's a murder/suicide lads, I am off to play golf". Right oh Taff, have a good round."

The fog was caused by Bamber's stage managing ... and he so nearly got away with it too!

Is this new 'evidence' Mike? I mean since the CCRC threw out Bamber's application for a new appeal in February. Or has it already been considered and rejected?

You would think that an accused with a 'perfect alibi' wouldn't have been comvicted in the first place. You certainly wouldn't expect him to do 9429 days and counting in a prison cell (that counter up there on the page is useful!). I respectfully suggest he does not have a perfect alibi!

Enough said .........

A mistake was my off the cuff guess .... I will look at ya logs page (didn't know ya set it up for me!! Awwww) and I will get back to you; I will even go thru it with you sometime.

One question ..... hasn't all this log 'evidence' been put befoe the CCRC and already rejected? Bamber has had more appeals than Dickie Bird on every aspect of his case and sentence so it's hard to follow which is which!
Howzattttt?

Do you know what I think we should set up a topic and and put all the posts from John, Sandy, Horseydave, Gerald, Poor Bambi  etc and then we can print them off and send a copy off to JB s trial judge and the appeal court judges to show the calibre of people who support the decisions they made

They would be so proud
