The woman who headed Stokechurch said there is no doubt of Bamber's guilt.

Has a police force ever accused another police force of fitting up a suspect?

Why did Stokenchurch take place prior to the appeal?

I would have thought that an inquiry would only take place on the chance of Bamber getting his convictions overturned at that appeal. This was pre appeal. There was no telling he was getting his convictions overturned and as we know he didn't end up doing so.

I have read transcripts of Stokenchurch interviews and they are before Bambers winter 2002 appeal. ( Believe in the summer of 2002)

DCI mcdermaid stated on the documentary she and her team spent 18 months on the case?

Isn't it usual procedure to look into suspected police wrongdoing in the event of an overturning of a conviction?

Everyone has the right to a fair trial,  how is it fair if your Dead and can't defend yourself,

This is correct. Jimmy savile is a prime example of this. As crazy as it may sound to some people.

I can't make it clearer I'm not advocating for saviles innocence. But as you say can make allegations up against anybody when they are not here to defend themselves.
