Possibly with some, such is possible, but don't you think having prior knowledge of how someone died might colour our views. I don't think there's any hardfast right or wrong about this. Scientifically, we know that muscles relax in death which could eliminate their experiences prior to it...............but no one has ever come back to tell us.
Well in my case I never knew the cause of death, but could tell the last few seconds were painful so guessed it was a heart attack.
Obviously none of this would stand up in a court of law, I would expect that a nurse would over a career see many many more cases of sudden death than most other people, so their view should be respected.
