Its you that’s misleading posters saying Bamber passed Rivlin a note to ask Bews about the movement, then when challenged by NBG you blame Bill who obviously doesn’t know anything when he says he doesn’t know why he never brought it up?

Why did Bews say to Adams as early as 5.00am in Bamber’s presence NO Sign Of Life?  Are you saying they tried to frame him this early?  Why didn’t Bamber say something then if he saw movement?  Myall testifies in Court that there wasn’t any sign of life Rob.

Myall made up his notes about the whole incident at 10.00 am back at Station, these notes were all made available to the Court and at trial he’s being questioned on his notes etc and the Judge says  I don’t want to go through ALL your notes because they are all in evidence from Bews.  But we have   available to view on here is one sheet of Myall notes Rob, so although they were available to view by the defence and Bamber we haven’t got all Myall’s notes he made on here Rob?

No I am going by interviews I have seen Bews give, in one it was Myall, in another JB etc., who first saw the reflection. I think I have seen him give three interviews and each time it's a different story.

When you’ve got three people there all see the same thing, it can be hard to pinpoint who said it first. Bamber was with him did he hear him call for fire arms team before returning to the car, Saxilby says when they got back to the car they radioed for TFG anyway.

Yes fair point but that is not what Bews says, he implies one of them saw the reflection at first anyway? they would have all been in different locations so if it was all three of them this is harder to explain away as a trick of the light?

Yes no sign of life, but it was 4.00 in the morning? If he had been banging of the door for ten minutes I could understand the comment.

It's why Bews and Myall both fail to mention calling in armed police that bugs me, probably the only time they have ever done this and they don't mention it!

I can’t make out his notes very well Rob, but in his statement he does start off by saying, about 3.45am I can’t make out but it might be 3.39 or 3.59 am in his notes is that what you mean?

Let's turn this around. Firstly, if there was no sighting and there is nothing in the available case evidence to suggest otherwise, what triggered Bamber to mention it? And when did he mention it?

Secondly, if Bamber didn't pass a note to Rivlin, what instead, triggered Rivlin to question Bews about it in the firs place?

The only mention of this I can find is below. It would be good if Mike can upload all of Bews testimony
