According to AE's statement she'd been told by an officer that " uncle Nevill was found NEAR the coal scuttle ".

The crime scene photos show otherwise.

I remember wondering why Sheila hadn't been with her children, as sadly, most murder/ suicides are  :(
Her boys were her life so why wasn't she with them, even if protecting ?

By the time Sheila committed suicide her rage had probably died down and she was ashamed of what she had done, but someone fabricating the crime scene I would have thought shooting Sheila in the twins room would be the obvious thing to do?

CC I am disappointed. You said my scenario is fine.

Now you have Bamber tying up & gagging Sheila. For no reason.

We did try and gently tell you Adam, Cc said you scenario was fine I think she was telling porkies?

You cannot have Nevil running past the shooter that's my view anyway?

Suspect CC does think my scenario is fine. But wanted to do an alternative.

Can't disagree with your criticism of my scenario. It was dark outside.

You would think a scenario for both JB and Sheila doing the crime would be quite easy after all it has to be one of them.

I think you need to make up your mind which persona you want to place on Sheila. From what I read, supporters are unable to make up their minds about whether she's psychotic or sane, or if it was spur of the moment or pre-meditated. It can't be both. However, what both side do seem to agree on is that there's no way, loving mother that she was, she'd have chosen to die with mother, rather than her boys. Jeremy, of course, was unlikely to have known this.

My scenario is straight forward & matches the crime scene evidence.

Can't do any more than that.

Is a person experiencing psychosis not able to make irrational plans and commit irrational acts? Can psychosis not be incremental in its escalation? Can it not be teamed with depressive thoughts and suicidal ideation. Why does the guilty side try to own 'psychosis' and portray it as a one size fits all condition?

What was your view on Sheila's mental state prior to your sudden and unexplained chance of stance in chorus with Caroline and Paul Harrison?

That was after there'd been movement of bodies.

Thanks Rob, if Nevill made the call to Bamber that Sheila’s is going Crazy with a gun, please come over,  under the watchful eye of Sheila, she cuts him off with his phone call, does she then allow him to phone the Police after cutting him off in the first place, thus triggering the second car?

I think you and his supporters have always been under the impression that the tactical fire arms unit was called earlier than when Bews made the request?   If you read Adams report he tells you, at 4.00am he was on operation (plain clothes) in Colchester when he heard radio talk of a possible fire arms incident at Tolleshunt Darcy, so he contacts HQ to tell her that they were a fire arms unit and were available.  He goes on to say after that he didn't hear anything for a while.  So at this point no request had been made for Tactical fire arms team to be deployed.  It was only when Bews made the request a little while later that they was deployed, Adams then had to remind the operator they would have to return back to HQ to draw weapons?

Now if Nevill had made a request for help to the police and Bamber had made a request to the police, both mentioning the use of guns and I dare say Nevill’s call would have been more serious than Bamber’s, Adams would have been notified much earlier, it’s awhile after 4.00 am that he’s told that he’s needed.

I can’t load Adams COLP statement for some reason?
We have to remember, when Bews and Myhill passed Bamber on route, they did the right thing due to the nature of the call, it’s no use at this stage pulling up outside the farmhouse, it could have triggered off a response from Sheila who was a Nutter in their eyes from the information they had received  and possibly got a gun.

They’re passed Bamber so they pull up short of the house in the Lane, wait for Bamber and then do the right thing again, they started to gather more info from the only possible witness at this stage.  Bews and Myhill set off to gather more information from the farm house and surroundings and decide to pull back and question Jeremy again, he could help them probably further, it’s at this point Myhill says to Bamber after discussing various things, “Why did your Father decide to ring you and not the Police if there was trouble”

So Bews and Myhill know nothing about any other phone call regarding Nevill to Police, they didn’t say to Jeremy we’ve had a report your fathers rang, they didn’t say to Jeremy there’s been reports of shooting.

They probably thought at this stage, lights are on so we might as well give it another check, but they must have asked themselves, what the hell have they sent us for we can’t do anything here, She’s a nutter, liable to use the gun, plenty of guns to use, even Jeremy seems scared to go in he’s already said I don’t get on with her and I don’t like her,  so what’s our chances, so they do the right thing, they don’t antagonise the situation and send for a policing unit that can deal with it better.  If they had a figure at the window or door to converse with, they probably would have tried to get this persons attention, as it happened there wasn’t any.  After Bews makes the call, he spends time with Jeremy making plans of the house ready for the raid team. Bews actually goes back to the house for another check with Myhill, if they were sure someone was alive with a gun at the window, I’m sure they wouldn’t have risked this.

Figure at the window, it’s probably right what they’re saying, light etc, when they check they all agree it was this.  It’s probably spooked them at this stage, they’re all taking cover, but to make sure and like when ever anyone comes from out a hiding place or breaking cover you make a dash for it so as not to be seen, it’s a natural thing to do.

Are you saying that psychosis is graded on a 1-10 scale? We may all say that X is being mildly psychotic, but being mildly psychotic is layman's speak. It isn't a diagnosis of psychosis. HAD Sheila been psychotic, I think she'd have been more likely, had she suddenly emerged from it, to wonder what had happened. If we're going to load her with the psychotic label, we might also like to consider that, whilst JB was slaughtering her family, she may have believed herself to be in the grip of psychosis.

From what you say, it's perfectly clear that HAD there been a call from Nevill, the police at the scene knew nothing about it. There has been SO much condemnation of their on scene behaviours, it would be really interesting to hear, from supporters, exactly what it was they believe that police SHOULD have done, based not on fiction, but solely on facts.

What I am saying is, a person can live with psychosis to varying extents, alongside depression, suicidal ideation, seeming normality, odd behaviour, worsening episodes etc. It is a fluctuating situation. Mental health is not one size fits all. Claiming that a person experiencing psychosis wouldn't be able to plan anything is a sweeping statement. It's used by people who support guilt to try and 'box in' Sheila in to a constrained, limited pattern of behaviour to suit their stance on the case.
