Bubo Bubo have you read this?

I probably have but see it as of little significance. What do you see in it? What does it show? It follows your trend of only presenting parts of your case using partial documents and partial answers. I would like to see the next page do you have it to hand.
Why should I trust the words  of one of the players in the framing of JB. I have shown many instances were the police have manipulated evidence to frame JB

David says the relatives used diluted period blood. Which was in a bucket of water.

 :o :o :o

Why diluted period blood and whose?  Can't believe I am asking sensible questions about a ridiculous proposition.

I thought the support group said Robert Boutflour contaminated the silencer with his blood.

Crowns case against Bamber - backspatter from Sheila Caffell's wound

Bamber's support people - diluted period blood or;
Robert Boutflour dripping his blood inside

Honestly you could not make this stuff up!

Sheila's period blood. Which was in a bucket of water in the kitchen.

David & Mike do come up with unusual theories.

I have given 19 things the relatives would need to find out prior to fabricating the silencer. Whoevers blood they used.

As you are aware, burns and ballistics experts don't believe a silencer was involved in Sheila's contact shots. MF got his backspatter theory from an article. He didn't carry out any experiments. This is what is behind a 35 year prison sentence. You know this but continue to choose to ignore it in your posting. I think you are on a wind up.

The silencer seems very compelling evidence to me.  I accept the finding of it and handling thereafter until it arrived at the lab leaves a lot to be desired but backspatter is such a sophisticated phenomenon that I just can't see how a flake of blood ended up deep within the silencer which matched Sheila's blood groupings if it did not get there through backspatter.

Then to top it off you have Julie Mugford's evidence.  Again I accept she is not the ideal prosecution witness but when you put both side by side the silencer and Julie Mugford they are slam dunk/blockbuster pieces of evidence hence Bamber has behind bars for some 36 years.

5 deaths are hardly a winding up matter  :(

Yes I read the report a few days ago that someone uploaded about tests in Arizona.  I will have to read the report again but I think the submission fell back on the blood flake.  Had the commission referred to court of appeal the prosecution might well have instructed its own expert who may or may not have countered the people in Arizona.

If the silencer wasn't used what does the blood flake represent?  How did it get there?  Bearing in mind it matches Sheilas blood groupings although I accept the groupings are not statisically individualising unlike DNA evidence.

How can it be compelling, if scientists don't even believe it was used? If it is Sheila's blood (where is the proof of her blood group?), then I suggest whoever had access to blood stained exhibits, put the flake in there. If it's not Sheila's blood, then whoever put the flake in, would not require a bloodstained exhibit to do it. Don't forget there is also a diagram which shows another separate blood group in the sound moderator, that matches DB's group.

As I see it  they are two completely separate pieces of evidence.  Julie Mugford had no contact with the silencer.  She was simply Bamber's girlfriend.  A bit of a coincidence then if you believe the silencer was fabricated and Julie Mugford testified against Bamber.

Are you able to say explain the who/how behind what you to believe a fabrication?

Have you read Julies statements?

No you haven't. Conspiracy theories based on wild conjecture, misinterpretation and ignoring the totality of the evidence, are not valid instances.

As I said the scientists may have had their arguments countered if the case had been advanced.

They may have been asked something narrow about what I think are referred to as abrasion rings from the bullet wounds with and without silencer.  Did they understand the rest of it about the blood flake?

The problem is silencers do not usually end up with blood deep within therefore how did blood come to be there period, no pun intended, and represent Sheila's groupings?

Quick skim.  As I said not the best prosecution witness in terms of not coming forward until the relationship ended and the criminal offences.  But on the surface I am sure jurors found the the two combined silencer and Julie Mugford compelling.  There are of course other proseuction points too.

Why diluted period blood and whose?

There was a pair of Sheila's bloodstained underwear in a bucket in the kitchen that Ann took back home with her. Sheila was found upstairs without underwear on.

Honestly you could not make this stuff up!

The prosecutions blood expert wrote in a statement that the blood in the silencer could be Robert Boutflours. According to Ann Eatons 1991 Colp statement, Ainsley warned her that Jeremys defence will make that accusation to her.

Its not me making this stuff up.

If that's true its gross.  Either way I am struggling to understand how what would surely be very diluted blood would attach to silencer and be capable of forensic analysis?  If this forms part of the submission I would like to see the commissions response.

How did prosecutors know Robert Boutflours blood matched Sheila's?  Have you got the statement for this?
