yes they would be you know id never thought of that beore.

i asume neviles will left everything to hs children or the peoscution of had no real case to go to court with.

On that specific point, I think the Crown would still have had a case against Jeremy, even if Nevill and June had proposed to leave their farm tenancy and businesses to a donkey sanctuary in Blackpool.

That's partly because of the way that agricultural business tenancies work and interact with inheritance law, partly because of the way that business estates are probated and administered, partly due to commercial and legal realities (the donkey sanctuary would be asking Jeremy to take over the business, etc., otherwise the whole thing's pointless), and also partly simply because it would be recognised that Jeremy would not be cognisant of the legal and commercial subtleties - to be fair, he's not a lawyer and not more than maybe slightly above-average in intelligence.  It's conceivable that he would be motivated as an inheritance killer, regardless of what the wills say.  To that extent, the wills - in my view - are a sidelight, but I'm still interested because they were introduced indirectly into evidence by virtue of the statements of Wonderful Julie and the variegated detective activities of Miss Marple And Friends.

He wanted the whole hog, not just a portion. It's why the twins had to die. There's a case here which may be comparable. https://www.theguardian.com/money/2015/jul/31/disinheritance-and-the-law
