The doctor who halved the dosage of haloperidol prescribed by her psychiatrist has to be somewhat held accountable for what Sheila became capable of doing from the point where the dosage of haloperidol was provided!
The claims made by relatives who had only seen her months before the date when Sheila's medication was drastically reduced, where they claim she was docile, and did not have the capability to handle anything confidently, 'no hand eye, co-ordination', etc, etc, etc, never saw her, or met her, or spoke to her after the medication had been halved...
This to me, serves to nullify any evidence they may have presented expressing these beliefs, other than to say that, this was what she she like prior to her medication being dramatically halved...
