Please also note the position of the blue and white striped jacket hanging against that particular part of the red painted kitchen aga, where a month later scratch marks later appeared and were photographed!

For some reason, the blue and white jacket never featured in the prosecution's case, and Essex police never seized it as an exhibit!!

Who did the blue and white jacket that was hanging in such a critical location on that part of the red painted kitchen aga that supposedly got scratched belong to?

Why did Essex police factor out this jacket?

There was no 'U' shaped scratch mark at all on the front fascia of the kitchen surround on the morning of the tragedy, at least not on any surface behind where the blue and white striped jacket was protecting it..

In any event, at least one firearm officer climbed to the top of this cluttered spiral staircase, calling out Sheila Bambers name, and asking her to show herself!

Sheila Bamber, show yourself'...

Of course, when this supposedly happened, the firearms team had only just entered the kitchen! Movement was heard upstairs! The officer set off up the spiral staircase, calling out Sheila's name, requesting her to show herself!

All of this being recorded by way of the '999' emergency system which had been recording everything from as far back as 6.09am, and did not get terminated until about 8.15am, or thereabouts! In addition to everything being recorded on audio tape, a police officer had been tasked to monitor the eavesdrop manually, so when the firearms officer stepped forward to go up the spiral staircase, shouting out 'Sheila Bamber, show yourself' it would be possible to pin point the timing of these events!

A pound to a penny, that the firearms officer did not enter the spiral staircase until after the '999' system phone link got terminated at about 8.15am!!!

That's because prior to that time, police knew exactly where Sheila's body was, it was in the kitchen along with Neville Bambers body (two bodies found upon entry, the body of one dead male, and the body of one dead female!

I believe, therefore, that it wasn't DCI Harris, Gibbons and Montgomery who discovered Sheila's body had gone missing from the kitchen, I believe it was a firearms officer who had gone to meet them but upon arriving in the kitchen Sheila had recovered consciousness and gone missing! The officer obviously believed that she must have gone up that set of stairs! When he got to the top he couldn't go any further because someone had put the bolt into working mode preventing that door being opened by anyone coming up those stairs'!

The contents of all the timed police message logs which were passed from the scene to the control room, regarding two bodies in the kitchen would have been captured on audio as part of the '999' system recordings in operation at the same time!

As I said in my Opening Post.

If Jeremy did do it, based on the above photo and Neville blocking the other exit, he must go down as the most amateur murderer in History of Mankind.

Unless.....he didn't do it.
