Police are refusing to get exact timings of telephone calls from the service providers relating to the calls made by my neighbours to other neighbours, and from my neighbours to police, and my neighbours dialling 999. All these calls are mentioned in witness statements without specific timings, only by reference to such calls being made and received after or just prior to certain events having occurred. The exact time of all these calls is important, and I feel certain that police will simply estimate the timings because if they get the exact timings from the service providers it will mean the police will have to charge their own witnesses with 'perverting the course of justice', and with 'fabricating the contents of witness statements' they have already made, and signed. I will be demanding that they all be prosecuted...

I am being treated as a vulnerable adult. Not allowed to represent myself in court. The court has appointed a solicitor to represent my interests. I can't go home, I haven't been home since 8th December 2015. My wife and I spent Christmas and the new year apart.

I asked for the case to be sent to the Crown court for trial by a jury, but the Magistrate refused saying it would be dealt with in the Magistrates court (police court), by way of summary trial. What a carry on, and the people who brutally attacked me appear to have got off scot free, the lot of them. It looks like its ok for people like them to smash somneone into unconscioussness with multiple baseball bat strikes, and the cops ain't bothered...

I can't understand why I not allowed to return to my home in Fenn Road, when all the neighbours who all live there, can come and go as they please without any restrictions? They got their heads together and plotted to do me serious harm, and the police have done very little to gather basic evidence to help to prosecute them collectively. The lot of them have had since the 7th December 2015 to plot and plan and get their stories right. They should have all been locked up and interviewed under caution right at the beginning. It's become farcical, to say the least...

The CPS in Barnsley are corrupt. They were corrupt in 1986 to 1992, and nothing has changed. They make me feel sick. A few weeks ago, I handed a notice to the CPS in Barnsley requesting the timings of all telephone calls made by my neighbours. I requested these timings because I know that my neighbours witness statement contents are filled with a pack of lies. I know that telephone calls from one person in No.27 to another person in No.21 was made before I even left my own home. I know that a person named 'Amy' who was at No.21 telephoned the occupants of No.15, to pass the message on, 'that it was kicking off again, next door', with a request for 'Wayne to come up and smash my head in'. I know this because a neighbour who lives at No.15, states this to be a call she received from Amy at No.21, albeit she does not mention the request for her husband to go up Fenn Road to smash my head in. She wouldn't though, would she?

Why have they had to add a third person into the equation?

It gets worse, it gets worse...

Why did the neighbour from No.15 add in one of the two other people she claims was out in the street at that time, when I know with 100% certainty that one of them was 'not' out in the street at that time. Dave from No.21 wasn't with Wayne when they baseball batted me. So why did my neighbour, substitute 'Joe' for 'Dave'?

They brought the bricks up the road from their gardens, between No.15 and No.21, intending to throw them at me. The came with baseball bats. The intention of both must have been crystal clear. You don't go towards a neighbours home armed with bricks and baseball bats without an intention to do that neighbour serious harm. Well, that's what 'Joe' and 'Wayne' both did. Not only that but they set off up the road armed to the teeth with these weapons 'engaged in a joint enterprise', to do me serious harm. They did what they did in the knowlege that other people involved in the chain of command knew exactly what 'Wayne' and 'Joe' were intending to do, once they reached the vicinity of where I lived. My neighbours inside No.27, and my other neighbours inside No.21, and No.15, had knowledge about what 'Wayne' and 'Joe' both intended to do once they had been mobilized into action. I had not yet even left the front door of my own home to knock on my neighbours door,  than 'Wayne' and 'Joe' were already on their way to bash my brains in. This occurred because of the co-operation between other neighbours who relayed information to one another via telephone calls. You do not come up the road carrying bricks and baseball bats intending simply to have a quite word with your neighbour...

These are the two attackers who threw a house brick at me which cracked my neighbours window, and who beat me unconscious with baseball bats moments later:-
