In their attempt to not investigate what has happened to me, police have displaced the time of the assault in the field next to my neighbours house, as having occurred about one hour after I left my home. But I was already unconscious in the field by that stage, and remained unconscious there for around 9 hours. So, I don't know who they've got that information from but its a sad tale the police are acting upon, intent on keeping me a suspect, when I am the victim...

your best bet to get justice is to get newspapers or tv news involved .there would be uproar if the majority of public knew.

Phone records - this will be the undoing of those who have laid false allegations against me.

A quick analysis of the information in witness statements of prosecution witnesses, reveals that my neighbour made three different calls to the police at key stages of the alleged proceedings, (a), (b), and (c). A further telephone call (d), was made from inside my neighbours house informing the occupants inside No.21, that, "it was kicking off, again, next door, and send Wayne up to smash his head in". Upon receipt of that call by the occupants inside No.21, Amy telephoned No.15, relaying the request for "Wayne to come up and smash his head in". The occupants of No.15, included (X) and Wayne, and possibly Joe Watmough. At this stage, Wayne and Joe set off up the street armed with bricks and baseball bats. They were already on their way up our street intent on causing me serious harm before I even set foot outside the front door of my home...

(X), claims she left her home at No.15 at some time after 9pm, and that she was confronted by myself who was standing in some bushes, and who threw full and half house bricks at her. She claims to have hidden behind a red coloured motor vehicle parked up in a nearby car park. that as she was bending down behind that car, that a brick struck her on the back, and caused her to fall onto her knees, in pain and gasping for breath. She claims she used her mobile phone to dial 999 at this stage. Minutes later, she states that the ambulance service phoned her back, and that she took shelter in my next door neighbours house. Inside that house, had been the partner of Joe Watmough.

I was already knocked out unconscious by 9pm, so what (X) alleges could not possibly have happened in line with her version of events. The time of her 999 call, and a transcript of the same, will be sufficient to expose this witness as nothing but a common crook. The time that my neighbour made each of the three calls to the police can be compared against the time of (X)'s 999 call, and there is the timing of the call made from my neighbours house down the road to the occupants of no.21, which sits amidst the sequence of events, topped off by the timing of Amy's call to the occupants of (X)'s house at No.15...

The service provider can produce all the key timings of all these calls, to get to the truth...

The police have helped these people to frame me, and in failing to treat me as a victim from the outset, the police have sought to pervert the course of justice by building a false case against me.

I am the victim, but they have treated me as a suspect, and sought to move the time I was attacked forwards by as much as an hour (from around 8pm, to after 9pm), so that they can say that what happened to me is a separate incident, when it was clearly the same incident. What has happened to me is typical of what can happen, and does happen in miscarriages of justice. All that is required are some dodgy witnesses, and investigating police officers who have a closed mind...

Nothing has changed since the mid 1980's to the mid 1990's, police corruption is still rife. We have still got dodgy CPS representatives, especially some who operate out of Barnsley Magistrates Court. They are all in each others pockets. I am determined to uncover every act of wrongdoing on the part of the CPS and South Yorkshire police, and its dodgy witnesses, all involved together, in presenting a false case to try to get an innocent man convicted for things he has not done.

New information has come to light, to corroborate the fact that I was attacked and beaten into unconsciousness at around 8pm, on the evening of 7th December 2015. After being attacked, I sent a text message to my sister, declaring, "I'm dying". I personally have no recollection of sending this particular cry for help to her, but the time of the message, and its contents, are recorded on my mobile phone, and hers. I must have been going in and out of unconsciousness at the time I  sent that message. That puts paid to me supposedly beating one of the complainants after 9pm that evening, because I would have been unconscious for a long time already by 9pm...

What appears to have happened immediately after I was attacked, is that the lot of them bought themselves some time, to get their stories right. They had to keep the frenzied attack upon me out of the equation, and disguise the direct involvement of Wayne and Joe in my attack, and the indirect involvement of the occupants inside No.27, No.21 and No.15, in the same enterprise. They then introduced the details of an alleged attack upon (X) after 9pm, to try to conceal the fact that they had all been involved in a conspiracy to kill me, by beating me to death with use of baseball bats.

With the introduction of the alleged attack upon (X) after 9pm,  she introduces Wayne and another neighbour, to try to keep the identity of Joe Watmough under wraps, thinking that because their attempt to kill me had failed, I might be too confused after being struck 10 times with a baseball bat, to remember the identity of my attackers. But, they were both wrong, Joe's left arm is distinctively tattooed and I noticed this when he struck me on the head with the baseball bat. His left sleeve rode up his left arm as he raised the baseball bat above his shoulder to strike me on top of my head...

My next door neighbour influenced the police who attended to take her witness statement from her, by showing the police posts I have been making on this forum. Pointing out that I hate police corruption, etc. Neighbour told the police that she thinks I'm a weirdo - well, lady, any things got to be better than being a 'benefits fraudster' like you are, someone who is claiming benefits, whilst working and not declaring your income. Don't think that I have overlooked you doing work with Darren from across the street, and claiming benefits and everything. I'd rather be a weirdo than a benefits fraudster. First chance I get I'm going to be reporting you to the benefits agency, the lot of you. I won't do it behind your back either. Take this post as being confirmation of my intention...
