"your Honor", says Spencer, QC, " your Honor, I would wish to return the pocketbook, belonging to this officer", he says, whilst at the same time offering it to a court usher, so that it could be handed to DS Higham,  in the witness box...

"Yes", cackles Hunt...

Continues, Spencer QC, with clockwork precision, " Officer", he says, "Officer, I return your pocketbook", says he, " whilst at the same time, since there is no obvious mystery in this, providing you can, as it were, answer one or two questions, may I say that the contents of the retyped pages 5 - 6, are recorded in the pages of your pocketbook" says he. To which, DS Higham, retorts, "thank you", he starts to blurt out, " thank you, very much", he said...

Spencer, QC, interjecting spontaneously, with "well", he says, " I think you may have thanked me too soon", says he...

"Now", asks Spencer, QC, "is there a serial number on the front cover of that pocketbook of yours", he invites Higham to respond. "Yes", says Higham, "Yes, there is", he said. "There is", Repeats Spencer, QC, and DS Higham, confirms this to be the case. "Yes", he said, There is a serial number on the front cover", he told Spencer, QC, in earshot of everyone present...

Spencer, QC, "Can you read out the serial number printed there for the benefit of everyone present", he asks, "Yes, of course, Sir", says Higham, "the serial number on the front cover of this particular pocketbook is 44854", he says...

I can't really believe that I am still here, 28 years later, trying to get to the truth, with the authorities doing everything within their power to be obstructing me..

What a fucking corrupt system, the Criminal Justice System is, and those who operate and work within its structure...

Evil, lying, corrupted scumbags, all looking after each others interests...

I think, with everything that is going on in the world which is truly wrong and abhorrent, that we are on the verge of a civil war - I think that if things don't dramatically change in favour of the suppressed and vulnerable people amongst us, there is going to be an uprising where ordinary folk will be forced to take the law into their own hands...

I am currently waiting on a list that is 12 months long, to see a clinical phsycoloigist for my mental health, linked to my conditions, of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Depression, and Anxiety. It's going to be a long drawn out affair...

I can't think of anything worse,Mike. Mentally it's been draining for you,but to have suffered physically too is despicable. Both lots of injuries will take a long time to heal, the PTSD being the longest as there'll always be flashbacks when you're at your lowest ebb and you'll never fully get over that. Only time itself will help fade the memory.

I am currently on bail for allegations of beating my step daughter, beating a neighbour, and Criminal damage to a neighbours window. I am denying involvement in all the allegations. The police and the CPS are having a field day at my expense. I have been banned from living at home. I can't visit the street where I lived. I have been separated by police bail conditions, followed by magistrate court bail conditions, from seeing my wife. I was banned from contacting my wife from the 9th December 2014, to the 6th January 2016. Bail conditions were altered to allow contact between my wife and self at a bail hearing held at Barnsley magistrates court on that date. I can now see her and speak to her. But I can't go home. My summary trial is scheduled to take place next month. The court has appointed a solicitor to represent me, I refused saying I would not cooperate with anybody appointed to represent me. But because I am considered to be a vulnerable person, the court can appoint somebody to represent me. I have not done anything unlawful to warrant the police charging me with any offence. Police are refusing to treat the attack upon me which occurred on the evening of 7th December 2015, claiming that what I am charged with, and what I am alleging happened to me are two different matters, but I am insisting that what happened to me is part and parcel of the same overall event...

I have lodged an official complaint against South Yorkshire police, for (a) false arrest, (b) false imprisonment, and (c) falsely charged. I spent 18 and a half hours in custody on the 9th December 2015...
